Watching films in the cinema is still considered to be one of the easiest and cheapest forms of entertainment. Apart from that, because there are many exciting and interesting films to watch in the cinema, people choose the cinema as a place to spend time with their lovers, friends or family. However, when watching a film in the cinema, you must understand that there are things you need to avoid doing.

So, here are some bad habits that you should avoid, if you want to be a good spectator!

1. Unpunctuality

Unpunctuality is the first mistake you need to avoid. By arriving late to a film screening, apart from missing the first part of the film, it can also be annoying to other people. Because you have to look for your seat, distracting others, especially if you sit in the middle of the row, it will be distracting without you realizing it.

2. Kicking Seat

Usually there are some people who are so excited about watching a movie in the cinema that they kick their front seats. Sometimes this type of person shows a reaction when they are laughing or the person is just having fun. Even though kicking a seat will really disturb other people, especially people whose chairs are kicked from behind. Therefore you must avoid doing this.

3. Smartphones

Maybe you feel that playing on your phone isn't too disturbing because you play it secretly, like in your bag. But, of course this will make people who watch the film feel uncomfortable. Moreover, if your phone’s light sensitivity is made as bright as possible, of course it will emit light in a room that is required to be dark.

4. Speaking or Giving Spoiler

Sometimes there are friends who have watched it and choose to rewatch it with other friends who haven't watched it. There is always something to talk about when the film is showing, whether it's talking outside the context of the film or even spoilers about the content of the story. So that is the most important thing you should avoid. Apart from being annoyed by your voice, not everyone likes spoilers.

5. Bringing Babies or Kids

It's fine to bring your children to watch a film together at the cinema, but you also need to pay attention to the age limit for watching the film. If underage children watch films that are not age appropriate, it will be dangerous for them. Not to mention if they can't stay in place or are noisy while the film is playing.

This will really disturb other people and make the audience feel uncomfortable. The main goal of everyone watching a film is to be able to feel comfortable while watching, including a quiet atmosphere so they can focus on watching the film.

Those are some bad behaviors that you should avoid in the cinema if you don't want to be reprimanded by other people.
