Development History

Kejora's journey began with the ambition to create a Run n Gun game inspired by the popular title, Cuphead. Yarfai Azami, as Founder, and Bagaskara Firdaus, as Co-Founder, initiated this project. However, the initial prototypes received mixed responses, so the team had to reexamine their approach. With a small team of just three members in 2019, they realized that a lack of knowledge was a challenge that had to be overcome.

Undaunted to shape the future of the game, the team decided to dive into the narrative puzzle genre while retaining existing assets. Seeking validation, they participated in the Indigo Game Startup Incubation (IGSI) event, which became an important turning point for Kejora. The theme, story and environment underwent significant changes, giving the game a new breath.

It's been a long journey with a number of improvements, but it's all worth it. With the increase in the team to nine members, the vision of "Kejora" began to materialize. Currently, Berangin Creative is proud to showcase Kejora's evolution to its current development stage.
