In a decisive victory, ONIC PH triumphed over Team Falcons PH with a score of 2-0, thereby securing their playoff berth as the world champions. This win was further highlighted by a memorable moment when their coach, Anthony “Ynot” Senedrin, took the opportunity to propose to his girlfriend at the MPL PH S15 event held at the Green Sun Hotel in Makati on Friday, April 4, 2025. The Remarkable Tale of ONIC PH Coach Who Popped the Question to His Partner at the MPL PH S15 Event

During an interview with the host, ONIC PH coach Ynot requested a moment to share some news. To everyone's surprise, his girlfriend, Dorothy Policarpio, was already there, unaware that he was about to propose. Ynot stepped off the stage and made his way to her.

With determination, Ynot asked the heartfelt question, "Will You Marry Me?" The couple celebrated this joyous occasion alongside the audience and ONIC PH players, including Dorothy's child. It was a delightful surprise for everyone present.

In a statement to the media, Ynot confirmed that he had been planning to marry Dorothy for quite some time. He expressed his commitment, saying he was certain he wanted to marry her.

"I've been thinking about marrying Dorothy for a long while. Even though we've only been together for a few months, I told her, 'You are the woman I will marry,'" Ynot shared, as reported by Tiebreaker Times.

He also mentioned that he needed some time to prepare, particularly to ensure he had the financial stability to support a family, especially since Dorothy already had children who would become his as well.

"I told her to be patient; I just need to get my finances in order. I want to make sure I can provide for her and her kids, who will also be my kids," Ynot explained.

Now, Ynot has successfully organized the proposal before his foster child ONIC PH competes in the ESL SPS Mobile Masters 2025 event in Indonesia. He communicated his plans to the MPL PH production team, and everything went smoothly.

"I realized that before we headed to Indonesia, I told my players, 'Hey, I want to propose on Friday.' They were shocked, saying, 'No, Coach!?' So, we informed the MPL production team, and they were thrilled to assist me when the time came," he concluded.

This was a surprising and joyful moment for both ONIC PH coach Ynot and his girlfriend. ONIC PH has also qualified for the MPL PH S15 playoff round and is set to compete in the ESL SPS Mobile Masters 2025.
