EVOS Natco’s strengths have finally come to light. The player, who rarely gets the spotlight, became the talk of the town during the first week of MPL ID Season 15.

Nicodemus Dustin Koesnadi, better known as Natco, has had a rather unimpressive career. He once debuted in EVOS’ MPL team but was frequently replaced. Back then, his performance as a gold laner was considered average.

However, Natco made his way back into EVOS' MPL ID S15 roster. Interestingly, the Bali-born player was assigned the role of EXP Laner.

Without prior experience in the EXP lane at an official tournament, unforeseen circumstances involving Depezet forced EVOS Natco to fill the midlaner position. Since transfers were not allowed in the first week, the team had to make do with internal adjustments.

Many doubted and worried that Natco playing mid would be a disaster. However, in reality, his strengths became more apparent in this new role, leading EVOS to secure two consecutive victories.

Steven Age on EVOS Natco’s Strengths

Natco delivered an outstanding performance in EVOS’ two matches during the first week. For someone adjusting to a new role, he played exceptionally well and showed excellent chemistry with his teammates.

One of Natco’s key strengths is his precise damage placement in every initiation made by his team. His instincts as a player are truly remarkable.

During a live stream, former EVOS coach Steven Age revealed the qualities that made Natco a frequent pick for the MPL roster, despite skepticism from many.

"The reason Niky keeps making it into the roster is because, as of now, he’s the best. He can play multiple roles, has a good attitude, and is very disciplined. He follows the schedule properly, whether it's scrims or other activities. He’s a good kid, stays out of trouble," said the former EVOS coach.

Patience has finally paid off for Natco. Now, we just have to wait and see how long he will remain in EVOS’ main squad—especially with rumors circulating that the White Tigers are still looking for a new midlaner.
