Aura Fire has finally proved its worth as one of the most dangerous teams in the MPL ID -- after finishing last in the previous season. Even after the new game patch, the team defeated Geek Fam ID in a 2-0 clean sweep.

Speaking after the game against Geek Fam, Facehugger expressed his gratitude regarding the team’s performance this season. He felt that his team’s efforts weren’t in vain as they secured their fifth win.

"We are very grateful (given that) last season we were at the bottom and never won a game. This season, we got the taste for our first victory, second, and this one (fifth win), this means a lot to us.

So our efforts aren’t in vain. We’re not the best (team), yet. But we have tried our best," Facehugger said.

He also added that the conflict outside of the game involving Aura Fire players has also been solved this year. This is also one of the factors for Aura Fire’s relentless performances in the MPL ID Season 8.

"We’ve learned from the bad things that happened before, including the conflict that happened outside of the game has been solved 99%, so we just need to think solely about the game strategies. That’s what makes us strong now," he added.

Aura Fire has a big chance to make it into the MPL ID Season 8 Playoffs. They only have two remaining matches, against Alter Ego and Rebellion Genflix.
