KLab announced that they are currently working on a “hybrid-casual” mobile game together with Palworld's developer Pocketpair. However, at this time there has been no leak regarding the name of the game or the estimated date the game will be released. Currently, all the details regarding their latest project are still very vague. However, what is certain is that this game will be the title of an upcoming mobile game.

The official announcement is given on their official website, which refers to the smartphone that will be their upcoming gaming platform. Another part of the announcement states that the goal is to “generate revenue from both in-game purchases and advertising.” It is unknown whether this will be based on the original IP or one of Pocketpair's other titles.

Apart from that, they also explained a little about hybrid-casual games, namely a game model that combines the simplicity of casual games with online game mechanisms that can be played over a longer period to generate income from both in-game purchases and advertising. KLab has also announced plans to join the business leveraging its experience in developing and operating mobile online games aimed at global markets, as well as its experience in operating advertising revenue models.

While this collaboration between KLab and Pocketpair has been going on for quite a long time, it all started in 2020. As a reminder, some of KLab's games include Bleach: Brave Souls, Captain Tsubasa: Dream Team, and Lapis RE:LiGHTs. Meanwhile, Pocketpair, apart from their latest popular game Palworld, is also known as AI: Art Imposter and Craftopia. Additionally, Never Grave: The Witch and The Curse also enter early access in 2024.
