Code Geass: Genesic Re;CODE, the new smartphone game based on the Code Geass anime from Sunrise, is launching a new event for its first anniversary. The story reveals that in the future timeline of Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2, an evil scientist named Frankenstein uses Lelouch's genes to create a cloned child with his enemy Suzaku. He also experimented with the cloned child with C.C., Kallen, and Lelouch's younger sister, Nunally.

The children exist in the story timeline of the mobile game Code Geass: Genesic Re;CODE, where Lelouch and the others are told to be alive as well. After some shocking reactions at first, the kids team up with their parents to fight Frankenstein. The names of the children are Elzero (Lelouch x Suzaku), Elein (Lelouch x C.C.), Elzwei (Lelouch x Kallen), and Eldrei (Lelouch x Nunally).

This RPG genre game gathers Lelouch, Akito, and other characters from the anime project and allows players to follow various stories from across the Code Geass franchise. The gameplay has elements of role-playing games and simulations. The game features the latest original story scenarios from its leading writers as well as the Sunrise studio, and features many of the original exclusive illustrations. Its staff called the game "the official sequel to the Code Geass franchise."

In March 2022, the game began "Episode 26," an epilogue to the first season of the original anime. The episode is titled "Stage 26: Kо̄tei to Kishi" (Emperor and Knight). The game launched in October 2021 after several delays.

• Yumiri Hanamori as Archive, the memory library librarian
