During the MPL Season 7, a number of teams were using Angela during the matches, hence it’s going to take a hero with locking and burst damage capabilities to counter her so that she can’t use her ultimate skill.

In fact, these five counter heroes work well against Angela in Mobile Legends to render her useless, and they are:

1. Franco

If you’re using a tank hero, Franco is an ideal counter hero against Angela due to his impressive crowd control and stun capability.

Franco can initiate the fight and snatch enemy heroes from afar, allowing him to even take Angela from the opponent’s side for your team.

With that hook skill along with Franco’s ultimate skill, you can trap Angela, immobilize her and take her down.

2. Chou

As a counter hero against Angela, Chou is a diverse hero that you can assign as either a Tank or Fighter, and he is still considered an overpowered (OP) hero during this season’s Meta.

Chou arguably has the best crowd control capability of all the fighters in the game, making him an ideal choice to immobilize Angela.

One of the most ideal scenarios is that once Angela has entered the enemy’s core hero, Chou can unleash his ultimate skill then use his second or first skill once she’s out of the area.

3. Saber

Not only does Saber have capable burst damage but he also loves snatching the opponents, making him one of the best choices to counter Angela.

Once Angela is by herself, immediately unleash Saber’s ultimate skill to take her down.

Side note, Saber has received a revamp on both his first and second skills, making them more painful than before while dealing 60% slow effect to whoever gets hit by his skills.

4. Roger

Roger is still casuals and pro players’ favorite and dependable Carry hero due to his agile movement and overall brilliant performance during both early game or late game.

During this season, Angela is often paired with Rafaela as the two support Metas, which increases Roger’s popularity even more considering he has two types of attacks that makes him very flexible to use against both Angela and Rafaela.

5. Fanny

Fanny is arguably the most intimidating assassin hero with great damage output and immensely quick movement almost as if she’s teleporting from one place to another in an instant, making her the best counter hero against support heroes like Angela and Rafaela by default.

Unfortunately, Fanny is also one of the hardest heroes to use in the game, especially at the hands of novice players, hence you’ll need a lot of fast-hand practice to utilize her to her fullest.

These are some of the best counter heroes against Angela in the Land of Dawn arena, a lot of which require extra effort to master. Therefore, make sure to train with them a lot!
