RRQ did give a surprise by bringing Estrella to the VCT Pacific roster next season. Lmemore bluntly explained the reason.
All VCT Pacific participating teams have indeed made changes to some of their roster compositions to prepare for the competitive scheme of Valorant next season. RRQ also did this.
The King of Kings Team has indeed succeeded in surprising some fans by bringing Estrella into its roster. Previously, they also released Ejay and Emman.
Lmemore, as one of the RRQ roster, also openly revealed the reason why RRQ brought Estrella into its roster.
Lmemore Revealed the Reason Why RRQ Invited Estrella into the Roster
When present at 2023 Valorant Connext today, Sunday (12/11) at HUBLIFE, Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta, the player who is often called Hagai, bluntly revealed the reason why RRQ brought Estrella to the roster.
He said that Estrella's role was similar to that of Emman, who has now parted ways with RRQ.
"So (Estrella) had trial and error. Then Estrella's role is like Emman's," he said.
He also mentioned that Estrella, who is a former IGL player, is a plus.
"Then (Estrella) is a former IGL, so Estrella can help with calls (in-game calls) like that," he said again.
On the same occasion, he also revealed that RRQ's goal at VCT Pacific next season is to qualify for the Playoff round first.
"Of course, qualify for the Playoffs first," he answered.
For your information, Lmemore and RRQ failed to qualify for the 2023 VCT Pacific Playoffs after losing to Paper Rex in the final match of the regular season.
