Boruto Episode 159 is back on picking a very rare item and the most sought-after by ninjas, and it’s none other than the Hashirama’s cell.

Hashirama Senju or the First Hokage is told to be the strongest warrior and the fiercest leader ever lived. Not only from his ninjutsu or his optimistic and brave behavior, but he has a secret within his body.

Even decades after his death, his cell still sought and hunted by power-hungry ninjas!

Here are three reasons that drive people to look after his corpse’s remnants to extract his cell. Check these gruesome facts.

1. It Has Incredible Regenerative Ability

It has become a common knowledge in Naruto’s world that Hashirama Senju not only the greatest Hokage ever lived, but also a ninja with the strongest techniques ever existed (except Hagoromo and his nindo!).

And the famous power of the First Hokage is his regenerative power in his body!

It is said that in every battle, Hashirama can regenerate the wounds he received even without having to use hand seals before to activate it. Madara uses his cell to prolong his body to old age.

The cell of the strongest member of the Senju clan finally used to cure Naruto’s arm after getting crippled by Sasuke.

• Perfect Izanagi: The perfect form gained by two people who can control Hashirama’s cell: Obito and Madara to the point hand seals are no longer required to activate it.

3. To Get Wood Element Kekkei Genkai

The last one and the most important is the availability of Wood Element in Hashirama’s body.

Only a few people or creatures who can use this particular element naturally; Hashirama, Ashura, Momoshiki, and Ten-Tails. 

A few others who can use this Kekkei Genkai Elemen are only them who once injected by Hashirama’s cell or Ten-Tails’ power into their body, and they are:

• White Zetsu, he was created using Hashirama’s cell;
• Yamato, an Orochimaru’s experiment who injected with Hashirama’s cell;
• Obito Uchiha;
• Madara Uchiha;
• Danzo Shimura;
• Hagoromo Otsutsuki;
• Ashura Otsutsuki;

Because of that, this power are not only considered rare but also very powerful up to the Jutsu can be used by Hashirama or Yamato to help to seal Bijuus and even crate the foundation of the 

Konohagakure.
