Love Live! Sunshine!! Project and Vocaloid Hatsune Miku are working together as part of the "We Are Challengers Project" to celebrate the sixth anniversary of Love Live! Sunshine!! The Love Live! Sunshine!! and Hatsune Miku collaboration includes new songs and music videos performed by the famous anime and game stars. The announcement was made on the second day of "Love Live! Sunshine!! Aqours Extra Love Live! ~Dreamy Concert 2021~" at the end of 2021.

In addition, Love Live! Sunshine!! Blu-ray Box with two seasons of the series and film, plus an exclusive song on the bonus CD, will be released on March 29, 2022. Genjitsu no Johanne -Unpolarized Reflexion-, a manga adapted from Genjitsu no Johanne -Sunshine in the Mirror~ illustration series, will be published on Love Live! Days Love Live! Sogo Magazine in February 2022.

Aqours Magazine, which will feature a different Aqours member in each issue, will launch on January 31, 2022. The project will publish the lyric collection of its first song, “Love Live! Sunshine!! Lyrics Collection from Aqours Saint Snow.”

"Love Live! Sunshine!! Aqours 6th Love Live! ~Ku-Ru-Ku-Ru Rock 'n' Tour!" on the Vantelin Dome in Nagoya City, Japan will be performed on February 12 and 13, 2022. The concert will also continue at the MetLife Dome in Saitama City, Japan on March 5 and 6, 2022.
