The first issue of Shonen Jump magazine in 2024 confirmed that Black Clover will be republished. The manga by Yuki Yabata will be re-published in Jump Giga magazine on December 25, 2023, coinciding with the Christmas holiday. Previously, the Black Clover manga had a vacation in August 2023.

Shueisha releases Jump Giga magazine every season, in other words four times a year. Black Clover was first published in February 2015 and went on a 3-month hiatus in April 2022. During the hiatus, Yuki Tabata prepared the final arc or final saga. At that time, the manga was published again in August 2022.

Black Clover was adapted to anime in October 2017. Episode 170 became the last episode of Black Clover before it stopped airing in May 2021. Then Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King (Black Clover: Mahо̄tei no Ken) was released in Japan on June 16th 2023 and aired on Netflix on the same day.
