The problems surrounding EVOS Legends have shown no signs of stopping. Once again, the team has had to swallow the bitter pill of missing the MPL ID playoffs.

Vitality coach and Indonesian Women’s National Team head coach, Caesius, has shared his thoughts on what went wrong with EVOS. Known for his deep technical understanding of the game, he specifically pointed to problems in two roles: midlane and roamer.

Without holding back, Caesius highlighted Swaylow and Kyy for their poor synergy and questionable gameplay.

“I can’t judge the coaching staff. But when I look at the five players' in-game performance—sorry to say, the midlaner hasn’t fit the playstyle of the roamer and jungler. By ‘not fit,’ I mean they just don’t click,” he said during a livestream.

“If we’re talking about a good fit, it’s ONIC. Sanz, Kairi, and Kiboy have already become a perfectly synced mid trio. If I had to choose someone, I’d pick Sendal. I don’t know what’s going on with Kyy—even though he was a big signing, if he doesn’t perform, there’s nothing you can do.”

“This season, Kyy has made a lot of mistakes—mistakes I didn’t expect from him. Personally, from what I’ve seen, Kyy has made uncharacteristic errors. Someone at his level shouldn’t be making those kinds of mistakes—but he did,” Caesius concluded.
