The visual and graphic of Death Stranding is met with praises. Still, there’s one thing that’s being revealed when it is released for PC.

In the PS4 version, Sam Bridge will turn his back to the player takes a piss. Even after multiple attempts, the player fails to know Sam’s genitalia. So it raises the question about the shape of Sam’s genitalia, knowing that Death Stranding has amazing detail.

According to a tweet by @manfightdragon, he answered the question Death Stranding players have been asking for. He revealed Hideo Kojima’s “sin” using a mod. It is revealed that Sam Bridge from Death Stranding doesn’t have a genital when he takes a piss.

Hideo Kojima doesn’t include Sam’s genital on purpose because it’s too vulgar and the impact it may have when released for PC. Still, the game now exists on PC, modders may create a special mod to make Sam have a genital.
