The long-awaited Attack on Titan Final Season: Part 2 has finally been released. With Episode 1 of the Attack on Titan Final Season: Part 2 has aired, Dunia Games would like to give you a recap and discuss some of the interesting parts in this episode.

Attack on Titan Final Season: Part 2 resumes from the last scene of Part 1, shortly after Levi and Zeke’s intense fight. In case you’re curious about what happens in this episode, be sure to check out this article!

1. Levi Ackerman in Critical Condition

After his explosive fight against Zeke, Levi Ackerman sustains a severe injury to the point that he’s dying. Hange says that Levi’s died, yet it’s probably to save Levi – because, after having a conversation with Floch, Hange escapes and takes Levi with them.

Aside from the heavily injured Levi, Zeke appears from a Pure Titan’s stomach. This surprises the people nearby as Zeke should have died from the explosion.

2. Zeke’s in the ‘Path’

Surprised to see Zeke emerging from a Titan’s stomach, Floch asks Zeke what happened. Zeke says that he’s in an unknown place, where a girl reconstructs his body out of the soil.

Zeke then realizes that the place was the Path, a place that connects all Titans. And the girl who’s reconstructing Zeke’s body was Ymir Fritz.

3. Marleyan Invasion on Paradis

The entire Marleyan army, led by Reiner and Magath invade Paradis Island with a fleet of aircraft to attack and reclaim the Founding Titan, which is currently in Eren’s possession. Eren realizes that only Reiner can lead the Marleyan army on this desperate mission. Upon making a landing, Reiner shifts to his Titan form, ambushing Eren alongside Porco. 

Meanwhile, the other Marleyan soldiers descend by parachutes, wreaking havoc on Yelena’s troops. The ambush turns into an intense battle, taking lots of casualties from both sides.

4. Eren vs. Reiner, Porco, and Pieck

In his fight with Reiner, Eren also has to deal with Porco and Pieck, who are helping Reiner. This leaves Eren completely overwhelmed despite the fact that he has the War Hammer Titan’s power. Pieck and the other Marleyan soldiers manage to injure Eren using their special weapons.

With the Marleyan soldiers obliterating Paradis, Reiner seems to have defeated Eren, who screams in agony before Episode 1 of the Attack on Titan Final Season Part 2 ends.

So, those were the important points from Episode 1 of the Attack on Titan Final Season: Part 2. Granted, the episode still leaves us with more questions than answers, especially about Levi’s condition and Eren’s actual plan. Perhaps we’ll find the answers in next week’s episode.
