In the previous episode, Licht and Lumiere split up with the Magic Knights. Patri is now fully alive with the new body created by Sally. Julius comes back to life and explains the dangerous situation they are in on Black Clover episode 121. These are the facts about this week’s episode!

1. The Reason Why Julius is Alive

Julius saves his magic in a magical device named Swallowtail. The device was created by Lumiere and Secre. Thanks to the device, Julius is revived, although he is now the younger version of himself and lost most of his magic skills.

Julius’ magic is suitable for Swallowtail, he saves a small amount of his time magic from time to time on his forehead. This way, he has a fail-safe when something happens to him.

2. Vangeance Vows

After Patri goes away, only one soul resides in Vangeance’s body, his own soul. Vangeance regrets that he caused chaos to the Kingdom. Julius explained that it’s going to be tough for the citizens to forgive him.

Julius feels responsible for what Vangeance did because he is the one that asked Vangeance to be the captain of Golden Dawn. Julius once again asked Vangeance to fight alongside him to protect the Kingdom. Vangeance now vows to be loyal to the Clover Kingdom.

3. Other Kingdoms

Julius explains that there are two kingdoms that may attack the Clover Kingdom besides the Diamond Kingdom. Those two kingdoms are the Spade and the Heart Kingdom. Heart Kingdom is a neutral kingdom that’s shrouded in mystery. Taking advantage of the natural mana, the citizens create magic for themselves.

The Spade Kingdom is a kingdom in the northern area that uses ancient magic and intends to conquer the other kingdoms. Julius is afraid that if they don’t take any action, the other kingdoms may come and attack them.

4. Damnatio Kira

The chairman of the Magic Parliament, Damnatio Kira, is one of the highest authority in the Clover Kingdom that allows him to make someone go into trial. Asta is suspected of having a devil in his body, a member of the Parliament then frames Secre and Asta.

Damnatio’s magic allows him to judge a person. There’s no further detail about how his magic works, but he can summon a scale to weigh in on someone’s crime. What is going to happen to Asta?
