Previously, Yuno was promoted into Senior Magic Knight Class 1, which is equal to vice-captain. In truth, this is hated by the vice-captain of Golden Dawn, Langris. 1. Langris’ Envious Side

For Langris, probably it needs a few years to become a vice-captain, while Yuno, who just joined for a year, can be promoted into a rank that is equal to a vice-captain. This makes Langris envious and he challenges Yuno to a duel. The relaxed Golden Dawn members on the field are shocked by Langris’ announcement.

One of the members who see this commotion, reports to Vengeance. Yuno, with his pride, accepts this challenge. Worst, Langris tells that whoever loses has to leave the Golden Dawn. Yuno doesn’t think about that matter, because in actuality, this becomes his chance. If there’s no Langris, then Yuno will be promoted into vice-captain.

2. Langris vs Yuno

The battle between the Golden Dawn members started. With his high battle experiences, Yuno manages to dodge all the Langris’ attacks easily. Then, when Yuno counters the attacks, Langris still has the shield he used when possessed by an elf. This power seems to become his own.

Langris starts getting serious in this fight. Yuno with Mana Zone manages to dodge all the attacks. After Langris’ deadly attack hits Yuno, sadly, it’s just a wind afterimage. The real Yuno is already behind Langris’ back while pointing a wind sword, and the winner of this match is Yuno.

3. Langris’s True Intention

June realizes that Langris will win if he takes this fight seriously from the beginning, but he holds back. Langris states that he intentionally loses because he wants to get out of the Golden Dawn. He thinks that Golden Dawn will be better if Yuno takes the charge.

Yuno doesn’t want Langris to go. After Langris apologizes to Vengeance, he decides to travel. Vengeance doesn’t want Langris to leave the Golden Dawn, either. He will be the vice-captain of Golden even though he has to go away for some time like Zora.

4. Langris and Finral’s Confrontation

Finral suddenly appears with his teleportation magic to congratulate Finesse. Coincidentally, Langris is also there while preparing for his travel. Finesse is betrothed with the next patriarch of the Vaude family, Langris. For Langris, Finral cannot be the next patriarch, and in other words, Langris doesn’t like Finesse, so Finral wants to marry her later.

After he loses to Asta and Finral, Langris’ behavior starts to change. Before he goes, Langris says to his brother if he’s still not willing to let go of Finnes to him. In other words, Langris wants to marry Finesse before Finral does. This becomes a sibling rivalry over their dream woman.
