The article about Boruto has come back and we will talk about Boruto Episode 158. On Boruto Episode 157, Konoha can pinpoint Kara’s location and its existence. Sai and Sasuke have confirmed about the rumor regarding Kara’s biological experiment facility on sewage treatment at Amegakure.

In this week’s episode, we will encounter directly with one member of Kara. But, Boruto and friends don’t know the mysterious figure. Who is the person and how’s the story will be? Have a look at the article below!

1. Deepa Who Appears Only In a Glance

Boruto Episode 158 opens with someone with black cloak eating a fruit. From the outfit, we can identify the person as a member of Kara.

Added with a tattoo on the face that shaped like “VI” or number 7 in Roman numeric. It can be identified also that this person is Deepa, a member of Kara who only appears in the anime.

Even though he is shown at the beginning of this episode, Deepa doesn’t have any involvement in this episode whatsoever, probably he will be the star in the future episodes.

2. New Character: Mugino

Team 7 alongside Konohamaru are assigned to find a missing person named Ananto at the Land of Valley. They are accompanied by Mugino.  

Based on Konohamaru’s statement, Mugino is Konohamaru’s ninja partner and just recently returned to the village after working as a mediator in warring regions for three years.

In the manga, Mugino suddenly appears without a background when helping Konohamaru investigating Kara’s flying balloon. With his appearance in the anime, we already know about Mugino and won’t be surprised when seeing him later.

3. Victor, a Member of Kara

Why the writer can say that Victor is a member of Kara? Here’s why.

If you take a closer look at the end of episode 157, Jigen looked at one of his members; a short build with wrinkles around the lips. From that, we can compare with body build and the face structure that similar to Victor’s.

Furthermore, he’s already stated about his status as a member of the organization in the manga.

Victor currently an owner of a medical developer company and prosthetic maker. He dreamed to discover a technology that can regrow damaged organs, even the heart, and brain.  

In the manga, Kara itself already successful in discovering Victor’s dream technology. It can be assumed that his dream will be granted.

Boruto Episode 158 shows Victor’s good side and nobody speculates that he is a member of the notorious Kara.

4. Anato Enrages

Boruto and the other’s mission come with a result. They found Anato, a missing scientist. Sadly, when he found, Anato is seen enraged and attacks Boruto. Something fishy is going on here.

So that’s important details on Boruto Episode 158. What makes this episode more interesting is on the Boruto Episode 159 preview. It shows a little glimpse of a plan to capture Anato as well as the next week’s title “Hashirama’s Cell”. Does Anato’s rage have a connection with the legendary cell?
