The talk of Boruto anime series has arrived again and we will talk about what happened on Boruto Episode 159. On Boruto Episode 158, Team 7 Konoha along with Mugino is currently under a mission to find Anato on the Land of Valleys.

While working in this mission, they encountered Victor, the owner of medicine developer company and prosthetics maker, who turned out to be a member of Kara.

When Team 7 managed to find Anato, he then enraged and attacked the team. What happened to Anato? Does his rage connected to Hashirama’s cell? Find out the answers here!

1. Victor’s Real Character

Anato enrages uncontrollably! Even Konohamaru’s Isshi Tojin fuinjutsu and Boruto cannot contain his anger. Luckily Victor comes to the rescue with other ninjas to subdue Anato with scientific ninja tools.

Victor later brings the unconscious Anato to his lab with a promise to cure his subordinate. But his promise is a ruse.

Anato’s body examined by Victo’s lab scientist, but unable to obtain the “thing” they’re looking for. Because of that, the old man later says to kill Anato.

2. Mitsuki Infected with Hashirama’s Cell

When Team 7 trying to take down Anato, Mitsuki unleashed Sen'ei Tajashu and bind the scientist with snakes. One of Mitsuki’s snakes bit Anato’s arm. After a while, Mitsuki felt numb on his arm. Eventually, Orochimaru’s son falls unconscious and his arm turns pale and cracked - similar to Anato’s body condition.

Mugino suggests bringing Mitsuki to doctor Yubina. After treated him, the female doctor says that Mitsuki is infected with a strange thing in his body, a Mokuton wood or Wood Style Jutsu.

Ninjas who can unleash wood element is rare to be found. Even there’s one, that ninja at least using Hashirama’s cell as a medium.Ninjas who are compatible with Hashirama’s cell will receive a tremendous amount of damage and able to use Mokuton. As for the incompatible, the body will be infected and dies.

3. Will There be a Cure to Treat Hashirama’s Cell Infection?

Mitsuki is survived from the infection. Doctor Yubina says that Mitsuki can survive because of his high-level immunity that above normal humans.

Because of that, this sadistic doctor asks Mitsuki to help her create a medicine that can suppress the infection caused by Hashirama’s cell. Moreover, Yubina herself has a patient whose body also infected with the cell and cannot be cured.

From this point, probably a medicine can be found to treat Hashirama’s cell infection that created from Mitsuki’s immune system. Sadly, there’s no confirmation so far in the manga.

4. Next Destination: Land of Silence’s Black Market

A question arises, where Anato can obtain Hashirama’s cell? Nobody knows, but Yubina gives a clue. There’s a rumor spread that there is a commodity that sold at a high price on the black market. Probably the said commodity is the famous Hashirama’s cell.

The nearest black market from Boruto’s location is located on the Land of Silence, a tiny nation that previously mentioned in Shikamaru Hiden novel. This land is very dangerous because of the high rate of crime and no laws can cage it.

So that’s four things that we gathered from Boruto Episode 159. It looks like the story will be more interesting. Team 7 will investigate the process of getting the legendary Hashirama’s cell.
