Since Boruto Episode 182 is out, it’s time for the writer to share the weekly episode recap. But before that, let’s take a look at what happened in last week’s episode where Kara investigated the cause of the crash of the air balloon that carried the “vessel”. Jigen found out that Victor tried to steal the “vessel”, so he was eliminated. Deepa was also taken care of because he worked with Victor.

On the other side, Konohamaru and Mugino already arrived at the crash site. They found an empty box. But there’s danger lurking.

What happens in this week’s episode? It’s getting more exciting in Boruto Episode 182. Go ahead and read the recap below!

1. Konohamaru and Mugino in Danger

From last week’s episode, we knew that Konohamaru and Mugino were being followed by a mysterious figure.

Konohamaru went to check the interior of the air balloon. He opened the empty chest, and near it, a computer connected to the chest. Konohamaru then let out a ninja scroll containing a flash disk!

Mugino stays to guard the outside and suddenly attacked by a mysterious figure leaving him injured. Mugino was attacked by Kara’s robots. 

Thankfully the two Jonin managed to runaway. But they can’t get out of the location fast enough because of Mugino’s injury that requires first aid.

2. Boruto Hates Scientific Ninja Tool

The scientific ninja tool left a deep impression after what happened during the Chuunin Exam. Boruto turned skeptical and despised the scientific ninja tool. Katasuke entered the Hokage room and met with Boruto, but he is still annoyed. 

Naruto then handed out a mission for Team 7, to escort Katasuke and the new prosthetic arm to Ryutan lab. Boruto is upset with the mission, but Sarada gladly takes on the mission since it came directly from the Hokage. Mitsuki that usually follows Boruto decided to help with the mission. Boruto is left with no choice but to help his teammates.

3. Ao is an Outer Kara

The episode reveals more about Ao and whose side is he on. First thing first, Ao is an Outer Kara. he received a direct order from Victor, but since Victor is dead, Ao received an order from Koji Kashin.

Secondly, the one that put Katasuke under genjutsu is Ao. Ao is the reason for Katasuke’s odd behavior during the Chuunin Exam.

Ao received a new mission from Koji Kashin, to secure the “vessel” and return it to Kara. His previous mission was to eliminate Katasuke if he remembered about the genjutsu Ao put on him.

4. Jigen Suspects Another Inner Kara Besides Victor

Jigen has a great perception as the leader of Kara. So it’s not surprising that he can control his underlings that are outlaws.

Despite erasing the threat from Victor and Deepa, Jigen still suspects that other Inner Kara may use Victor’s plan to turn their back.

Who is this person? If you read the manga, then you already know the answer.

Those are the key points from Boruto Episode 182. This week’s episode explains the true nature of Ao and that he is ready to secure Kara’s “vessel”. The next episode is going to be more exciting!
