Since Boruto Episode 208 has aired, it's time for Dunia Games to review the episode. Before that, let's take a look at last week's episode.

Boro's weakness, which is the source of his body's regeneration, was immediately targeted by Sarada and Team 7 was able to destroy the sphere in Boro's body before it moved again. Sarada’s Chidori from Sasuke's hard training in the waterfall destroyed the regeneration source.

Boro that turned into a giant suddenly beat all members of team 7 with his big hand. Trying to help Sarada who was also beaten by Boro, Boruto was instead squashed by the giant's body and beaten continuously. Suddenly Boruto turned into Momoshiki Otsutsuki.

1. Momoshiki Possessed Boruto to Help Him Beat Boro

In Boruto Episode 208, we see the end of the fierce battle of Team 7 against Boro, an Inner Kara member, to save Naruto from another dimension. The destruction of Boro's regeneration power by Sarada's Chidori leads to Boro's body turning into a giant and beats team 7.

Seeing Sarada who was almost killed by Boro, Boruto immediately helped the Captain of Team 7. As a result, Boruto's small body was beaten badly by Boro. Suddenly Boruto turns into something he's not, because Momoshiki Otsutsuki has possessed his body. Momoshiki's manifestation is what makes Boruto so strong that he easily defeats Boro with a few hits.

The chakra depletion in Boruto's body was easily overcome when he approached Naruto's still unconscious body and sucked his Chakra. The chakra that has started to fill in Boruto's body allows him to beat Boro a few more times and attack him with a Rasengan that destroys Boro's giant body until nothing remains.

Momoshiki, who felt that it was not time for him to fully take over Boruto's body, disappeared, leaving a confused Boruto who didn't realize that he had been possessed by the powerful Otsutsuki.

2. Tim 7 Takes Naruto Back to Konoha’s Hospital

Two days later, finally Naruto who fainted because he lost against Jigen, the head of the Kara group, was able to be brought back to Konoha by the young shinobi from Team 7. Being unconscious for 2 days made Boruto, Hinata and Himawari feel worried about the state of their family head.

Naruto's eyes opened again making everyone feel relieved, and it turned out that in the same hospital, Kawaki and Sarada were also being treated after the fight with Boro. The doctor who treated Kawaki was confused by Kawaki's different body healing system because he was the result of Amado's experiment from Kara's group. The class president Sumire Kakei also took care of Kawaki by preparing injections of painkillers.

3. Shikamaru Still Doesn’t Trust Kawaki

Hearing that Naruto had awakened from his coma, Kawaki went straight to Naruto's ward. Sai, Sasuke, Shikamaru, Sarada, Mitsuki and Boruto had gathered in it to discuss the Kara group that had attacked Konoha. Time and space moves could actually be used by Sasuke to chase Jigen but because the coordinates of the Kara Group's hideout had changed he lost track of him. 

Discussing all of Kara's personnel, Kawaki immediately told everyone to be wary of an individual named Code. Not fully trusting Kawaki yet, Shikamaru instead asked a series of questions because he felt strange to Kawaki who was from Kara but didn't know about the concept of the container. Trying to defend Kawaki by stopping Shikamaru's interrogation, Naruto asked his deputy to stop asking questions like that.

4. Shikadai Gets Close with Kawaki

Sakura, who is a health worker and medical ninja at the hospital, came to Naruto's ward and asked Sarada and Kawaki to return to their respective rooms to rest because their condition had not fully recovered. Not immediately returning to his room, Kawaki invited Boruto to talk in the hospital lobby about Momoshiki who had possessed him when defeating Boro.

Remembering his last meeting with Momoshiki, Boruto felt that he won’t be able to live a normal life because of Momoshiki's manifestation. Inojin, the son of Ino and Sai, and Shikadai, the son of Shikamaru and Temari, came to the hospital and gave Kawaki his favorite Taiyaki. The deliciousness of the custard-flavored Taiyaki makes Kawaki happy, especially when Shikadai invites him to play a shinobi collection card game with Boruto and Inojin.

Even though his father doesn't fully trust Kawaki yet, Shikadai and the other kids grow closer with him because they try to cheer him up by coming to visit and invite him to play until visiting hours are over, Boruto goes home with Shikadai and Inojin.

5. Kawaki’s Worry After hearing Shikamaru and Naruto’s Conversation

Kawaki's worries began to appear in Boruto Episode 208. After he was injected with painkillers by Sumire, Kawaki wanted to visit Naruto again in his ward. It turned out that Shikamaru was still in the Seventh Hokage's ward, making Kawaki hear them talking about him from behind the door. Shikamaru's continued suspicion of Kawaki made Naruto argue with him. Kawaki helping to save Naruto until he had to follow to another dimension to fight against Boro should stop Shikamaru's suspicion of Kawaki. 

Instead of trusting Kawaki, Shikamaru wants to continue to monitor Kawaki. The reason is because of Jigen's sudden appearance in Konoha because of the karma from Kawaki's hands. Hearing it all, Kawaki was hesitant even though he already felt accepted and close to some of his Konoha residents. Kawaki also decided to leave Konoha.

That’s the review of Boruto Episode 208. The preview of Boruto Episode 209 shows Kawaki leaving Konoha. Kawaki's disappearance from Naruto's house made Boruto and the others look for and follow Kawaki who was in a forest meeting a white wolf surrounded by a pack of gray wild wolves.
