Since Boruto Episode 214 has aired, it's time for Dunia Games to review the episode. Before that, let's take a look at last week's episode
The former Inner Kara scientist named Amado also explained in full about the Otsutsuki who threatened the safety of Konoha and even the whole world. The Otsutsuki are extraterrestrial aliens who like to absorb planetary energy. The Divine Tree is a plant planted by Otsutsuki to absorb all the energy and chakra that exists on a planet until it runs out.
The live broadcast of Jigen's fight with Koji Kashi is displayed again through Amado's glasses in Konoha, showing a duel to prevent the resurrection of Isshiki Otsutsuki in Jigen's body, especially if through the next vessel, Kawaki. The fire released by Koji Kashin cannot be sucked in by Jigen’s Karma, indicating it is a material object not just a jutsu, and Amado explains that Jigen's endurance hit its limit soon.
What happens in Boruto episode 214? Find out here!
1. Koji Kashin’s eternal Fire Keeps Burning Jigen’ Body
Boruto Episode 214 shows the intense battle between Koji Kashin and Jigen. Apparently Jigen's body was on the verge of collapse as Amado had told the Konoha officials, and this was the perfect time to defeat Otsutsuki. Fooled by Koji Kashin's trap, Jigen is in the middle of the fire that Koji releases to burn his body completely.
Jigen’s Karma couldn't absorb the fire, proving that the fire was not just a jutsu but also physical material of eternal fire from a mountain that Koji released with a summoning jutsu. The black object in Jigen's stomach began to crack, a sign that his body would soon be destroyed, unable to contain Isshiki Otsutsuki.
2. Kawaki Meets Amado
The destruction of Jigen's body will result in Isshiki not having any vessel, leaving the only remaining Isshiki Otsutsuki vessel, Kawaki. Sasuke Uchiha's observation was able to guess everything before Amado explained it, Shikamaru guessed that this was all Isshiki wanted and accused Amado of helping Isshiki.
Enraged, Kawaki, who was originally just monitoring outside the interrogation room, walked over to Amado and was about to attack him but was restrained by Sasuke. Kawaki's meeting with Amado after a long time was what made the former Inner Kara scientist want to come to Konoha.

3. Kawaki Lose Consciousness After His Karma Activates
While calming an angry Kawaki, Amado continued to explain about one of the methods to kill Isshiki, for example by removing the next Karma vessel, which was to kill Kawaki. The seventh Hokage didn’t let his adopted son be killed and wanted to use another way to destroy Isshiki.
Isshiki finally took over Jigen’s body that was supposed to be destroyed by the eternal flame. Just as Kamado wished, Kawaki came into the room at the right time. The Karma on his body activates and disappears. Kawaki lost consciousness along with the destruction of the Karma on his body.
4. The True Form of Isshiki Otsutsuki
Boruto panicked seeing the condition of his adopted brother, Boruto even got angry at Amado and was calmed by Sasuke. Amado confessed that he had just seen this situation and then explained that as Isshiki reincarnated into this world, the Karma in the remaining vessel would disappear to prevent replication.
The surprising fact is that Isshiki's reincarnation using Jigen's weak body can only last for 2 days, and Isshiki will chase Kawaki to become the next vessel. The possibility of Isshiki's attack on Kawaki who was in Konoha made Konoha's top brass want to evacuate the civilians.
5. The Climax of Koji Kashin vs. Isshiki Otsutsuki
The immense power of Isshiki Otsutsuki is shown in Boruto episode 214. The eternal flames that are blazing around his body are easily extinguished by Isshiki Otsutsuki who is fully resurrected and reincarnated through Jigen's body. He can manipulate the size of all objects around him in an instant, including Koji Kashin's scout frog, which cut off the live broadcast of the battle.
The mask that was worn by Koji Kashin was also removed by Isshiki, revealing Koji’s face and proving that he was a clone of Jiraiya. Koji then used Jiraiya’s moves, including the perfect Sannin mode. Unfortunately, Isshiki is now much stronger than when he was in Jigen's body.
That’s all for Boruto episode 214. The preview of Boruto episode 215 shows the end of Koji Kashin’s battle against Isshiki Otsutsuki. Boruto wants to join fighting Isshiki who targets Kawaki’s body because he had fought Momoshiki alongside Naruto.
Willing to die to protect the village, Naruto and Konohamaru face Isshiki. Sasuke then gives Boruto Itachi’s headband who joined the fight.
