In Boruto Episode 278, it shows a Boruto who survives even though he is still trapped in a strange white room with many bunk beds in it. In that room were the remaining shinobi and civilians among the participants in Ouga's death experiment, of which there were only 8 of them left alive. Everyone seemed to be still confused because of the previous deadly game which claimed a lot of lives.

A female shinobi named Batta also seems to regret having been forced to kill several civilians in the previous game. That's why Boruto and other shinobi mutually motivate the participants so they can be enthusiastic about defending their lives through game after game. Batta says if she manages to survive Ouga's death experiments, she'll buy an island with a beautiful white sand beach to live on.

3. Pressure-Themed Death Game
