Holding a grudge against Kisaki Tetta because he is the one who threatens Akkun in the future who makes his lover Hinata Tachibana always get killed, Takemichi does not accept the fact that Tetta has been appointed as the head of Tokyo Manji's 3rd division. Takemichi quickly ran to the front of the ceremony area and hit Tetta's face with his fist. This incident shocked everyone, especially since Takemichi's status, who was not a member of Tokyo Manji at that time, was considered to have disrupted the inauguration ceremony.

After agreeing to Mikey's request to make Baji return to Tokyo Manji, Takemichi demands that Mikey remove the dangerous Tetta from Tokyo Manji. Mickey agreed to the deal, with a note that if Takemichi failed to bring Baji back, Mikey threatened to kill him. Mitsuya, who overheard Mikey's conversation with Takemichi, was also called by the Tokyo Manji chairman. 1. Takemichi’s First Day as a Member of Tokyo Manji

In Tokyo Revengers episode 15, Takemichi Hanagaki becomes a member of the Tokyo Manji motorcycle gang or commonly known as Touman. It wasn't pride or joy, but the confusion that was inside Takemichi. His agreement with Mikey is Takemichi's ability to bring back the defected Baji to return to Tokyo Manji, but he doesn't know how.

If Takemichi fails to bring back Baji before Tokyo Manji and Valhalla clash, Mikey threatens to kill Takemichi. Takemichi's friends were also confused when they were told this, they could only help explain the miscellaneous and structure of motorcycle gangs like those in Tokyo Manji.

Takemichi finds it hard to face Akkun who came to Takemichi's class after knowing Akkun is the one who killed Hinata Tachibana in the future even though it happened because Akkun's wife and children were kidnapped and held hostage by Kisaki Tetta. Even so, Takemichi tries to act normal in front of his best friend, and prevent future murders by him from happening.

2. Kazutora Hanemiya, the Man with a Tiger Tattoo

From the school hallway came a young man with a tattoo of a tiger on his neck, he asked the female students where Takemichi Hanagaki's class was. The young man immediately entered Takemichi's class after being told, his friendly demeanor immediately introduced himself as Kazutora Hanemiya, Takemichi's classmate who rarely attended school because he had been in prison.

The 3rd grader immediately took Takemichi to Valhalla's place, although at first Takemichi was afraid but because from his classroom window he saw his girlfriend Hina at the school gate and became the motivation to change history to prevent her death, Takemichi also agreed to Kazutora's invitation. Hoping to meet Baji at Valhalla's place and take him back to Tokyo Manji.

3. Takemichi Taken to Valhalla’s Base

Seeing Kazutora accompanied by 2 delinquents who were limping and wearing leg braces, Takemichi asked Kazutora what happened to the two of them. Their legs were apparently broken by Kazutora even though they were friends, making Takemichi who was nothing Kazutora cringe at him. Finally, the two of them arrived at a ding dong arcade game center that was no longer operating, which turned out to be the base of Valhalla.

The headless angel who is the symbol of the Valhalla gang is depicted in front of the place, in which many delinquents gather wearing sweaters with the same image. Arriving in Valhalla’s headquarters, it appears that Baji, still wearing the Tokyo Manji uniform, beats up a young man who is also wearing the Touman uniform until he is helpless.

4. Proof that Baji Betrayed Touman

Baji beating the man who turned out to be the division 1 leader of Tokyo Manji, his successor, turned out to be proof that Baji really intended to defect and destroy Touman. A high-ranking Valhalla member named Hanma Shuji seemed to witness this. Feeling trapped to be invited to Valhalla's headquarters, Takemichi immediately panicked especially when Baji looked at him and threatened to kill him.

The provocation of other Valhalla members for Baji to immediately beat Takemichi was also immediately stopped because the higher-ups of Valhalla wanted to directly ask Takemichi's testimony regarding Baji's defection from Tokyo Manji. Takemichi's honest answer was that Baji had indeed defected from Tokyo Manji, making Hanma officially induct Baji as a member of Valhalla.

Confused to see Baji who was the founder of Tokyo Manji who defected and wanted to destroy him, Takemichi asked, and it turned out that there was another founder of Tokyo Manji named Kazutora. The vengeance that seemed to fill Baji and Kazutora made the two founders of the Tokyo Manji want to end Touman and Mikey the leader.

Tokyo Revengers Episode 15 shows how Tokyo Manji formed in 2003. Mitsuya, who designed the Tokyo Manji uniform, made its founders proud at that time. Draken, Kazutora, Baji, Mitsuya, Pahchin and also Mikey who is still very young because he is still in the 1st grade of junior high school gathered at a cafe for the Touman gang's initial activities.
