One Piece Novel Ace volume 1 about to be published by Viz Media is planned to be released on May 5, to coincide with Luffy’s birthday. Even though Ace has already died, his story is so appealing to many fans.

For those who don’t know about it yet, this novel will tell the story of Ace’s journey across the ocean and living a pirate life. In this first volume, we will be shown how Ace first stumbled upon Mera Mera no Mi, also the first time he met his crew as well as forming the Spade Pirates. In the first volume of the novel, Ace will also be hunted down by a female Navy called Isuka.

Since it’s a novel published by Viz Media, the novel will be in English. You may get this novel at Kinokuniya in Indonesia.
