Monkey D. Dragon

Dragon is a native of Goa Kingdom. After awhile, he realized the cruelty of the world, including the higher-ups in his own hometown. Dragon then convinced that his duty is to change the world for the better. Because of that, he founded the Revolutionary Army.

The Revolutionary Army was founded sometime around 19 to 24 years ago, between Gol D. Roger’s death and Luffy’s birth. Dragon values sincerity and discipline among his army more than anything. Dragon’s main goal is peace, and not making a victory as an achievement but something to enjoy.

According to Vivre Card, despite knowing the secret about Dragon’s past they would still follow him without a doubt. The name of Dragon’s ship and also the main ship of the Revolutionary Army is Viento Granma.

In Spanish, viento means wind and granma is the ship of Fidel Castro, a revolutionary from Cuba which he used to start a revolution in Cuba. Dragon’s favorite food is bocadito, a Cuban food. Dragon is 2.56 m tall. 

Inazuma

Inazuma is considered as Ivankov’s right hand who always help him whenever he needs him. Inazuma’s design is based on the colors of crabs or shrimp. It also has to do with his devil fruit ability which turns his hands like crabs, that can cut any object.

Smoker

Unlike Akainu, Smoker has true justice, following Aokiji’s path that he idolized. He only do what he must do to to achieve his goal without harming any party. Smoker fights to protect others with honor, especially his subordinates.

He also had the same hope as Fujitora, namely to bring down the Shichibukai system. His nickname “wild dog” comes from him because Smoker is often angry at his superiors. Smoker has also been confirmed as a Busoshoku and Kenbunsoku Haki user.

At first Smoker intended to capture Luffy, but eventually he began to see Luffy as a pirate who was different from the others. He even collaborated with Luffy to defeat the Navy traitor, Vergo. It seems not impossible if one day Smoker will work together again with Luffy.
