Good news comes from ONIC Esports where their MLBB Ladies team, ONIC Pertiwi, has successfully advanced to the Mobile Legends Women's Invitational (MWI) 2025 Esports World Cup, an international MLBB competition for Ladies. This was confirmed on Tuesday, June 3, 2025.

ONIC Pertiwi's journey was not easy, they had stumbled in their careers in MDL Indonesia Season 11 (MDL ID S11) as the only Ladies team. Now, they have managed to secure a ticket to the MWI 2025 Esports World Cup through the Battle of Gamehers (BOG) competition as the second Indonesian team.

ONIC Pertiwi is the second Indonesian team after Team Vitality previously managed to advance to the MWI 2025 Esports World Cup through the same path. Of course, this is a very valuable achievement for Livi and her friends. How their efforts and struggles paid off.

Following Team Vitality, ONIC Pertiwi Qualifies for the MWI 2025 Esports World Cup

ONIC Pertiwi's journey in the Battle of Gamehers (BOG) began in the group stage where they were in group C along with teams such as Virtus Pro Female, Varen Ixon and Team Flash Violet. ONIC managed to appear superior and became the top of the group standings to advance to the next round.

In their first match in the playoffs, ONIC immediately faced a fairly strong opponent, namely Team Vitality. Quite tough resistance was given, ONIC surrendered with a score of 1-2 and dropped to the Lower Bracket. They were then scheduled to meet EVOS Holy Fury.

Meeting EVOS Holy Fury, ONIC was unstoppable. Livi and his friends managed to win with a perfect score of 2-0 and advanced to the next round where they would face the Natus Vincere MY team. Following Team Vitality, ONIC Pertiwi successfully qualified for the MWI 2025 Esports World Cup.
