Before One Piece episode 1000 aired, the official One Piece Twitter account uploaded the latest movie poster: One Piece Film: Red, which is rumored to arrive in Japan on August 6, 2022. Red refers to the color red itself, plus the letter D with three claw marks like the one in Shanks' eye. We can confirm that this will be a film about Shanks the Red Hair.

The film, which is to celebrate the airing of One Piece anime episode 1000, makes One Piece fans feel hyped. Previously, there were hints from the Straw Hat crew poster uploaded on the official One Piece Twitter account. The red letters of each crew name would show “OP FILM SOON” if combined. And sure enough, not long after that, there was the announcement of One Piece Film: Red.

Since the film was recently rumored, let's take a guess as to what the synopsis of the story would be. Due to the Key Visual art which reads "An almighty voice with fiery red locks" and the narrator in the video trailer said "Will her voice bring forth eternal happiness or endless imprisonment?", it is likely that this woman has a power related to her singing. Could it be a sound-related devil fruit?

Another interesting possibility is that we may be shown Shanks' past before joining Roger's crew. It could also be where he came from and what family he came from. Things like that are certainly very wanted by fans because Shanks is still one of the most mysterious characters for 20 years.

Another possibility is when and how Teach gave him 3 claw marks on Shanks' left eye. If the wound was received by Shanks while still on Roger's ship, it was quite reasonable because at that time Shanks was still not powerful as he is today in terms of combat. But what's interesting is if Shanks got the wound after he made his own pirate group.
