Pocketpair developer of the open-world survival crafting game, Palworld has now announced the game has sold around 15 Million copies on Steam with the Xbox Series and Xbox One versions having reached sales figures of over 10 Million players. This means that the survival game has been played by more than 25 million players since the start of early access to the game last month.

Not only that but previously Palworld also received a “Very Positive” review rating of 94% for the game. PC users saw a higher number of sales than the Xbox version likely because on Steam, users who both own the game can create a dedicated server for up to 32 players to play in the same world and create guilds together.

However, Xbox and Windows PCs (including Game Pass users) cannot create or join a dedicated server. This means that online cooperation for these users is limited to two to four players. Additionally, crossplay between Xbox and Steam is currently not available.

Since the release of its initial access on January 19, 2024, Palword has continued to break several new records. Starting from 1 million downloads in 8 hours since its release, it continues to break records for the number of concurrent players on Steam. Even though the number of concurrent players is now quite low, this doesn't hide the fact that Palworld is still one of the most-played games on Steam.
