Fontaine is rumored to be getting a new map expansion in the version 4.1 update. Genshin Impact recently introduced two new overworld bosses in the version 4.1 update. One of them is Millennial Pearl Seahorse, which is the elite form of Fontemer Aberrant and has the Electro attribute. This boss can be found in a large underground cave located in the northernmost underwater area in Fontaine. By defeating this elite Fontemer Aberrant boss, you can collect the ascension materials needed for Neuvillette.

However, keep in mind that the Millennial Pearl Seahorse will not produce the Hydro Gems needed for Neuvillette. The following will provide a step-by-step guide to finding and facing the new Fontemer Aberrant boss in Genshin Impact 4.1

The first step you have to do is activate the Statue of The Seven in the new area of 4.1 update. This will light up the map and give you a starting point to find the boss. You rush to the Northern Region: Jump into the water and swim towards the underwater region located in the northernmost part of the map.

Then look for a large cave by swimming towards the northernmost point until, after that around the cave entrance, you will find Hydroculus which is useful for leveling up the Statue of The Seven. There is an underwater current that can help you reach the location of the Millennial Pearl Seahorse boss more quickly.

After you exit the underwater current, you will find an Exquisite Chest containing five Primogems. Then you will find a teleport nearby. Open the teleport to get five additional Primogems. Now, you are ready to challenge the Millennial Pearl Seahorse boss.

• Vajrada Amethyst Sliver/Fragments/Chunks/Gemstones
• Instructor artifact set
• The Exile artifact set
• Prayers of Wisdom artifact set
• Traveling Doctor artifact set
• Gladiator's Finale artifact set
• Wanderer's Troupe artifact set

To claim all these rewards, you will need 40 Original Resin. Please note that currently, Neuvillette is the only character in the version 4.1 update who requires the Fontemer Unihorn for his ascension. However, the Millennial Pearl Seahorse boss will only produce Electro Gems, so you have to defeat other Hydro bosses to get the Varunada Lazurite Gem that Neuvillette needs.
