In contrast to the previous season, which featured two women's teams—Team Vitality and Falcons Vega—this season sees only ONIC Pertiwi, which has successfully advanced through the Open Qualification.

The team has welcomed several new players to the MLBB women's scene, including Livi, Pou, Xev, among others. Additionally, ONIC Pertiwi is guided by coach Ciko, who brings three seasons of experience from the MPL scene.

"The inclusion of a women's team in the MLBB Esports landscape indicates that the women's Esports sector remains promising and could potentially produce new Srikandi for our National Team in the future," he further remarked.

Team captain Livia "Livi" Lemmuela noted that ONIC Pertiwi serves as a source of inspiration for other women's MLBB teams, encouraging them to enhance their skills and compete beyond their female counterparts.

"We aspire to be seen as a source of motivation for other women's teams, especially since we are the sole female team this season," Livi commented. "We hope that other women's teams will be inspired to join and compete alongside us. This should gradually evolve into a platform for personal development and the growth of Esports in Indonesia," she added.
