The PUBG Mobile Super League (PMSL) SEA Summer 2025 Grand Final is right before our eyes where a total of 16 of the best PUBG Mobile teams in Southeast Asia (SEA) are ready to compete for the championship title, cash prizes and tickets to the PUBG Mobile World Cup (PMWC) 2025 Esports World Cup competition.
Different from the previous season, the competition in PMSL SEA Summer 2025 is very fierce. In the two weeks of the Group Stage, teams that cannot adapt will be eliminated and the 16 best teams will advance to the Grand Final. Truly, an extraordinary competition where each team eliminates each other.
Held in Jakarta, Indonesia, of course the PUBG Mobile teams from Indonesia are ready to bring the Red and White Flag to the PMSL SEA Summer 2025 Grand Final later. This is the right moment to reclaim glory from other countries that managed to become champions in the previous season.
Moreover, Indonesia has been the champion of PMSL SEA even in its first series. Indonesia also won PMSL SEA Spring and Summer 2024. So, what are Indonesia's chances of winning PMSL SEA Summer 2025? What are the chances of teams from Indonesia to bring the championship title back to the country?
Indonesia's Chances of Winning PMSL SEA Summer 2025 in JuniorJr's Eyes
In a media interview with PUBG Mobile Indonesia, JuniorJr discussed with Dunia Games the chances of Indonesian teams winning PMSL SEA Summer 2025 considering that there are 7 of Indonesia's best PUBG Mobile teams that will compete there. Of course, this is a great opportunity for us to win.
First, JuniorJr considered that he wanted to choose Bigetron as the team that had the chance to win. However, due to concerns about Satar's blunder, Junior changed his choice to two other teams. JuniorJr chose the teams that had the chance to win, namely BOOM Esports and CLAW Slayers.
"Actually, I really want to choose Bigetron. But I'm worried about Satar, I'm worried that he still makes a few blunders. Yes, even though I understand that it's natural for his gameplay, for me at this level it has to be tight and you are someone who finds it difficult to implement that tightness," said JuniorJr.
"So I narrowed it down again (the choice of champion team) between BOOM or CLAW," he said.
According to Junior, CLAW's more relaxed and unpredictable playing style is an important asset for playing in the Grand Final. Even without a coach, Junior agrees with the mindset applied by CLAW Slayers, which encourages players to think creatively and find solutions to their problems.
However, Junior advised the team to have one figure to just remind, not teach the players assisted by one analyst. Junior is optimistic that Indonesia will win PMSL SEA Summer 2025 and CLAW has a great chance of becoming champions this season.
"I need to explain again for CLAW, being able to play freely is the most important capital to play in the Grand Final and I also mentioned before that this team no longer needs a coach. In fact, my mindset is said to be retreating from esports, this is all sorts of things I don't understand that these people don't need a coach but still need an advisor, need an analyst to remind them," Junior added.
"Not to teach, but to remind early on who overlaps who, I think to remind them like that and so far CLAW has more capital than other teams because the coach can also be an obstacle," he explained.
Talking about the big threat to Indonesia's chances of winning the PMSL SEA Summer 2025, namely teams from Thailand such as Vampire Esports and eArena, Junior admitted that both teams have a champion mentality, especially Vampire. However, Vampire could be the champion if Noozy was not included in the starter.
He highlighted two other players who are fairly good, namely Onzenxs and MELA, making it easier for TonyK to carry out executions on the battlefield. And SchwepXz can also be a serious threat. However, for eArena Junior stated that Morman and his friends would be surprised and shocked by the atmosphere built by Indonesian fans at the venue.
"Vampire, his mentality is number one, that can't be denied. From PMWI 2022 until now, although it has decreased since Noozy entered. However, in my opinion, Vampire also has a chance to win, but if Noozy is still in, no," said JuniorJr.
"Onzenxs, MELA is really scary. There are two players, TonyK just has to choose who he wants to help. And the finishing is indeed in the hands of TonyK and SchwepXz as a free-man, his movements are very unpredictable. Vampire has a champion mentality, in my opinion the cheers of Indonesian fans will not affect. However, again if Noozy plays as a starter, it will still flop and will not win," he explained.
"And (for) eArena, (their) mentality will definitely be shaken, they will be surprised at GBK Basketball Arena Senayan, so this is an opportunity for us, a 101% chance of being among the 3 teams (my choice)," he concluded.
A very interesting opinion from JuniorJr regarding Indonesia's chances of winning at PMSL SEA Summer 2025. Hopefully, whoever wins is the best PUBG Mobile team from Indonesia who is ready to fly the Red and White as the best PUBG Mobile team in Southeast Asia.
