6. Doc Q

Doc Q is one of the commanders of the Blackbeard Pirates who acts as a doctor. Unlike Chopper, Doc Q is a crafty doctor who is seen making explosive apples as weapons. Luckily, Luffy didn't explode after eating the apple he offered.

In chapter 1064, it was revealed that Doc Q ate the Shiku Shiku no Mi which gave him the ability to spread disease to those around him. Interestingly, the disease can also change gender as applied to Law and his men.

7. Stronger
