New Hero: Carmilla

On Mobile Legends patch notes 1.4.28, there is a new support hero named Carmilla. These are the skills of Carmilla.

Vampire Pact (Passive Skill): Carmilla stole 3-6 physical and magic defense from the target while dealing damage. The physical and magic defense of the target can be stolen once every 5s. The physical and magic defense stole is stackable up to 5 times. Last for 3s.

Crimson Flower (Skill 1): Carmilla increases her movement speed by 25% and summons two Crimson Flower that rotates around her body for 5s. The target that hit by the Crimson Flower will receive 100 magic damage and slowed by 30% for 0.8s. Meanwhile, the rotation speed of the Crimson Flower increases.

Bloodbath (Skill 2): Carmilla collects Bloodbath Energy, increasing her movement speed by 45% for 3.5s.

Use again: Carmilla uses the Bloodbath Energy to the determined target, dealing 175-300 magic damage and stuns the target for 0.9-1.5s. The damage and stun duration scales with the accumulated Bloodbath Energy.

Curse of Blood (Skill Ultimate): Carmilla throws Curse of Blood to the determined direction. The Curse will spread from the hit target to the closest enemy hero, giving 300 magic damage and slows them by 35% by 5s (max. 4 targets). The target hit by the Curse will share the debuff damage effect and crow control by 50%.

Hero Adjustment

On Mobile Legends patch notes 1.4.28, several heroes are adjusted.

Wild Power: Damage based on the target’s base HP is reduced by 0,5% at all levels.

[Valir]

Burst Fireball: Fireball damage reduced by 10 at all levels. Burst damage reduced by 5 at all levels.

[Tigreal]

Attack Wave: Cooldown adjusted from 8 / 7.3 / 6.6 / 5.9 / 5.2 / 4.5s to 7 / 6.5 / 6 / 5.5 / 5 / 4.5s. Mana cost reduced from 50 at all levels to 45 at all levels.

[Hylos]

Glorius Pathway: HP regen adjusted from 4% / 4,5% / 5% to 3% / 4% / 5%.

[Esmeralda]

Frostmoon Shield: Fix the bug on the enemy’s wrong movement speed.

Starmoon Casket: The magic damage caused by the basic attack is reduced from 0,7 to 0,55.

[Wanwan]

Tiger Pace: The damage on each hit increased from 2% to 2,5%.

Crossbow of Tang: physical bonus increased from 63% to 65%. Skill description optimized.

[Silvanna]

Cometic Lance: Cooldown increased from 0.8s to 1s.

Spiral Strangling: The skill now deals 75% of the damage to Minions.

Skill description optimized.

[Pharsa]

Curse of Crow: Magic bonus increased from 108% to 120%.

Feathered Air Strike: Damage reduced from 700/900/1100 to 600/750/900. Mana cost reduced to 30 at all levels.
