The BSD City Terrace became the silent witness of a glorious competition, the Gameseed 2023 Grand Final, which gathered young talents in the field of game development. Gameseed 2023 is not just another competition, but a manifestation of the game training, incubation, and competition program initiated by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, in collaboration with the Indonesian Game Association (AGI) and Indie Group Games Indonesia (IGGI).

Gameseed 2023 became a platform for local game creators to showcase their talent and creativity. Among dozens of participants, 10 grand finalists were selected, each showcasing unique and interesting mobile games that reflect the high creativity and innovation in the local game industry. Of the ten games presented, there were three that managed to steal the show and occupy the winner's podium.

First place went to Surya Studio who wowed the judges with their mobile game titled Laying Hen. This game invites players to experience unique sensations through innovative gameplay and attractive graphics. Surya Studio took home the trophy and recognition from the local gaming community.

Not to be outdone, Kemen Games took second place with their educational game, Quiz Clash. This game offers a gaming experience that is both educational and entertaining, creating a balance between learning and playing that is much needed in today's digital era.

Meanwhile, the third podium was taken by Anoa Interactive with their game titled Punch It 3D. The game features exciting gameplay and realistic 3D graphics, creating a mesmerizing and memorable gaming experience for players.

Gameseed 2023 is not only a competition event, but also opens wider opportunities for local game developers to shine and show that Indonesia has great potential in producing high-quality games. This event further proves that with the right support, the local game industry can develop and compete internationally.

Gameseed 2023 has concluded, but the passion and innovation shown by the participants will continue to inspire the next generation of the gaming industry in Indonesia. The wait begins, to see what else Indonesia's young talents will bring to the next Gameseed stage.
