6. Seele - Molly Zhang

For her voice role in Honkai: Star Rail, Seele is voiced by Molly Zhang, who is an actress who has acted in many productions, most notably her portrayal of Mellie and Pao in Sands of Aura. 7. Sampo - Roger Rose

Sampo in Honkai: Star Rail is told as a mercenary who understands business, that's because Sampo comes from the Underworld. His impressive vocal line feels so brought to life by Roger Rose. Roger Rose himself is actually well known for his role as Leopard Seal in Happy Feet, Captain Marvel and Vision in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, Jetstream and Blade Wolf in Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, and many more that you may be familiar with.

8. Pela - Xanthe Huynh

Pela is a character who becomes an Intelligence Officer for the Silvermane Guard. For her voice actor in Honkai: Star Rail, she is Xanthe Huynh. Before Honkai: Star Rail, Huynh's work was well known as Haru Okumura in the game Persona 5, Bebe and Nagisa Momoe in Puella Magi Madoka Magica the Movie Part III: The Rebellion Story, Mizuki Shibata in The Irregular at Magic High School, and also Meiko Honma in Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day.

9. March 7th - Skyler Davenport

In Honkai: Star Rail, March 7th is one of the early characters in the game. But even so, her past remains a mystery to her and also to the players. The character's voice actor is Skyler Davenport, a person best known for her roles as Sophie in See for Me, Sarah in Final Fantasy 7 Remake, and also as Rinoa Heartilly in Final Fantasy: Dissidia.

Examples include Shallot in Dragon Ball Legends, Yuri in Fire Emblem: Three Houses, Tsukauchi in My Hero Academia, and Miyamura in Horimiya.

12. Herta - PJ Mattson

Even though it has a low level, Herta's best character formation can help her compete with other characters in Honkai: Star Rail. Herta is voiced by PJ Mattson, the person known as Sylvana throughout the World of Warcraft series, including Shadowlands, Battle for Azeroth, and spin offs such as Heroes of the Storm and Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft. She has also voiced Cheer Bear in Care Bears and Cousins, Care Bears: Totally Sweet Adventures, and Care Bears: Welcome to Care-a-Lot.

13. Himeko - Cia Court

She is an Astral Express navigator and an experienced scientist, where she is voiced by Cia Court. In other universes such as Genshin, she played NPC Ogura Mio and Inagi Hotomi, but Court is more known for her roles as Vi in League of Legends, Faith in The Wolf Among Us, Nova in Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores, and even various Sims in The Sims 4.

14. Arlan - Dani Chambers

The character Arlan is the head of Security at Space Station Herta in Honkai: Space Rail voiced by Dani Chambers. Genshin Impact players may recognize Chambers' voice as Nilou, but she is also known for her roles as the main protagonist Chise Hatori in The Ancient Magus' Bride, as well as Becky Blackwell in Spy x Family.

15. Gepard - Bryson Baugus

Gepard is the captain of the Silvermane Guard in Honkai.
