Sega and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio have released a new video talking about the development of the Like a Dragon: Ishin! game. In this video, you can see an interview session with Takaya Kuroda who is the voice actor of Kazuma Kiryu.

Takaya Kuroda himself has been absent from Yakuza games for at least three years because Kiryu is no longer the game's main character. Then in the game Like a Dragon: Ishin! Kuroda is involved again because he has to voice Kazuma Kiryu, who in this game is a samurai named Sakamoto Ryoma.

Like a Dragon: Ishin is a spin-off game from Yakuza that still tells about Kiryu Kazuma in a different era. This game tells about a Shinsengumi member named Ryoma Sakamoto or Saito Hajime (Kiryu Kazuma) on his way to uphold justice. There are also other important characters from the Yakuza in this game such as Goro Majima. Sakamoto's fighting style also follows the era in which this story takes place.
