The Eleven Fatui Harbingers are the executive heads and lieutenants of the Fatui, an underground organization loyal to the Tsaritsa, Archon of the Snezhnaya region, wielding full authority. Their power is enhanced by the use of "Delusions" granted by the Tsaritsa, as seen with Tartaglia in the Golden House, a weekly boss in the game.

These "Delusions" grant power beyond ordinary Visions but come with significant side effects. Each Harbinger leads their own faction within the Fatui. Without further ado, here are the profiles of the 11 Fatui Harbingers in Genshin Impact:

1. Pierro, Sang Jester (Seiyu: Mamiya Yasuhiro)

Pierro, known as "The Jester," is the first Fatui Harbinger and considered the strongest. He is responsible for recruiting other Harbingers, such as Dottore, Pantalone, Signora, and Scaramouche. With his iconic "Mocking Mask," Pierro is a mysterious figure from Khaenri'ah, a destroyed region without a god. He only appears for critical matters and shows little interest in Fatui's daily operations.

2. Columbina, Sang Damselette (Seiyu: Lynn)

Columbina, the Damselette, is one of the most mysterious and quiet Harbingers. Her title refers to a young maiden, yet her presence radiates an unusual aura. In the Genshin Impact teaser, Columbina is the only Harbinger who does not speak. Tartaglia feels uneasy around her, and although the third seat of the Harbingers is said to reflect strength, he finds her enigmatic.

3. Pulcinella, Sang Rooster (Seiyu: Cho)

Pulcinella initially appeared in a pre-release Genshin Impact teaser, not as an Archon or Fatui leader. He occupies the fifth seat among the Harbingers. Pulcinella believes Tartaglia has great potential but advises caution regarding him. He is also seen as someone willing to sacrifice "less valuable assets" for the greater good.

4. Pantalone, Sang Regrator (Seiyu: Hoshino Takanori)

Pantalone, known as the richest Harbinger, has a unique perspective on wealth and Snezhnaya’s economy. Having lived in poverty and been denied a Vision, he is highly ambitious in amassing wealth for himself. Pantalone oversees Snezhnaya’s financial policies and is unmatched in economic affairs.

5. Arlecchino, Sang Knave (Seiyu: Mori Nanako)

Arlecchino, the Knave, is a mysterious figure whose title implies loyalty and servitude. She manages an orphanage that serves as a front for reconnaissance. Tartaglia suspects that Arlecchino might betray the Fatui for personal gain.

6. Tartaglia, Sang Childe (Seiyu: Kimura Ryouhei)

Tartaglia, the youngest Harbinger, is famously called "Childe." While he appears laid-back and playful, he is a battle-obsessed fighter who thrives on the thrill of combat. His primary reason for joining the Fatui is to fight, and his loyalty lies solely with the Tsaritsa.

7. Scaramouche, Sang Balladeer (Seiyu: Kakihara Tetsuya)

Scaramouche, also known as Kunikuzushi or “The Country Destroyer,” is the sixth Harbinger, who caused chaos in Inazuma with Delusions. He stole the Gnosis from Yae Miko and severed ties with the Fatui, prompting Tartaglia to investigate him.

8. La Signora, Sang Fair Lady (Seiyu: Shoji Yui)

La Signora, also known as Rosalyne, is the eighth Harbinger, responsible for seizing Gnosis from several Archons. Once an ordinary woman from Mondstadt, she became the “Crimson Witch of Flames” with her Cryo Vision before ultimately perishing at the hands of Raiden Shogun.

9. Sandrone, Sang Marionette (Seiyu: Honda Marika)

Sandrone, the Marionette, is a Harbinger with a striking appearance, always accompanied by a large puppet. She is known for her research on Automatons and likely has hidden motives, such as espionage.

10. Il Dottore, Sang Doctor (Seiyu: Seki Toshihiko)

Il Dottore, known as the Doctor, is a Harbinger notorious for his cruelty and disregard for human life. He has conducted experiments on others and created numerous body clones to handle multiple tasks.

11. Il Capitano, Sang Captain (Seiyu: Narita Ken)

Il Capitano, the Captain, is a Harbinger with an iron helmet obscuring his face. While little is known about him, Tartaglia considers him a powerful figure who may become a future rival.
