Atlus released the latest trailer for its newest game, Persona 3 Reload. In the trailer, actor and musician Aidan Gallagher (The Umbrella Academy) is seen walking between various areas in the game Persona 3 Reload while depicting themes related to the consideration of death.

Persona 3 Reload is planned to be launched for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Windows and Steam on February 2nd 2024. The game will also be available for Xbox Game Pass at launch.

The game will feature an updated combat system from the original version of Persona 3. Additionally, Persona 3 Reload will feature "state-of-the-art graphics and gameplay," a remastered soundtrack, and upgraded audio with new English voice acting.

Some of the new English voice actors for the game include Dawn M. Bennett as Aigis, Alejandro Saab as Akihiko Sanada, and Suzie Yeung as Fuuka Yamagishi.

In its official statement, Atlus explained that in Persona 3 Reload, players will enter the role of a transfer student who is thrown into an unexpected fate. They will explore hidden “clocks” among the days that bring incredible power, pursue the mysteries of Tartarus, and fight for their friends.

The game's development staff confirmed to IGN that the remake will retain content from the original release of Persona 3, excluding content from Persona 3 FES and Persona 3 Portable, including the female protagonist's story.

Persona 3 was originally released for the PlayStation 2 in 2006 and was then followed by Persona 3 FES in 2007 and Persona 3 Portable in 2009. Apart from that, this game also inspired four anime movies that were released in the series from 2013 to 2016. With the presence of Aidan Gallagher in this game trailer, it is hoped that Persona 3 Reload will attract even more interest from fans.
