Garena’s mobile battle royale, Free Fire, boasts a long list of characters and pets that you can choose from. Aside from being players’ companions, these pets come with their respective skills that complement the characters to help their overall gameplay.

5. Beaston

Beaston is one of the best pets you can have alongside you throughout the match. Beaston’s Helping Hand, at its lowest level, grants the player extra distance to their Grenades, Gloo Walls, Flashbangs, and Smoke Grenade by 10%. Yet once you reach the max level, this extra distance will go up to 30%. This skill is highly useful when you want to throw some explosives before rushing your opponents.

4. Agent Hop

The rabbit pet that wears the iconic survivor outfit has a skill called ‘Bouncing Bonus’. This skill allows you to gain 50 EP each time the zone shrinks and it’s a very useful skill to have throughout the game. With the amount of EP that this pet generates, you don’t need to constantly look for mushrooms to survive. This skill can be very beneficial to Rushers who frequently come into contact with opponents.

3. Falco

This pet has a skill called 'Skyline Spree'. When activated, you’ll receive an increase in glide speed when jumping off the plane. At its lowest level, your diving speed increased by 15%, and 25% when the parachute opens. At its highest level, they go up to 45% and 50% respectively. Falco is a must-have in BR (Battle Royale) mode, yet not so significant in CS (Clash Squad) mode, as its ability applies to the entire team, any player can pick Falco as their pet.

2. Rockie

The raccoon has a skill called 'Stay Chill'. Rockie is the perfect pet if you pick a character with an active skill as this pet reduces your cooldowns. At its base level, this skill reduces cooldown by 6%, and by 15% at its highest level. By having this pet beside you, you can spam active abilities more often.

1. Mr. Waggor

This pet has the ability to create Gloo Wall, which is one of the best Utility Items available in Free Fire. This skill is called 'Smooth Gloo' and will help you create a Gloo Wall if you don’t have any. Once Mr. Waggor reaches the highest level, he’ll be able to create one Gloo Wall per 100 seconds if you have less than two Gloo Walls. This skill helps greatly when you need to rush into your targets’ location while still having Gloo Walls as protection.
