Pica is one of the villains in the Dressrosa arc whom Zoro fought in One Piece. The Ishi Ishi no Mi fruit eater can turn his body into a giant stone that can destroy an entire city. Zoro was able to beat him with his cool, new technique. Besides Zoro, according to us, fighters without devil fruits could also beat Pica. Here's the list!

1. Vista

Vista is the former Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates' Fifth Division. Vista the “Flower Sword” is one of the most impressive swordsmen in One Piece. His swordsmanship has even been recognized by the strongest swordsman in the world, Dracule Mihawk.

During the Marine Ford war, Vista had time to fight against Mihawk and the result was a draw. That already proved how strong he is as a swordsman. 2. Benn Beckman

4. Shanks

5. Monkey D. Garp

Even though he doesn't eat devil fruit, Garp has a god-level Busoshoku Haki. In the past, he fought against various legendary pirates such as Roger and Shiki. Even at his young age, Garp's strength was still terrifying.

His fists are also capable of destroying mountains. Therefore, Pica is not an opponent that is difficult to be defeated by him.

6. Yasopp

Yasopp is known as the best sniper in the world. It seems that he also became the first crew recruited by Shanks. Yasopp is also Usopp's father who left him sailing when he was little.

If Van Augur could shoot birds from tens of kilometers away, then Yasopp would be far more terrifying than that. He might be able to find Pica's weak point from a distance and defeat it using Haki.

7. Lucky Roo

Rayleigh is one of the users of Haoshoku Haki, which means he has the potential to become a king.
