AKG Entertainment, the Pokémon Master Licensee in Indonesia, has officially released the latest expansion for the Pokémon Collectible Card Game, titled "Mega Evolution." This series will be available at various local game shops and retail outlets throughout Indonesia on Friday, September 26, 2025. The arrival of "Mega Evolution" marks the beginning of a new era for Pokémon MA cards, replacing the Scarlet & Violet (SV) expansion that launched in 2023.

In this expansion, players will find Mega Evolution cards, the evolved forms of certain base Pokémon or ex Pokémon, featuring colorful full-art illustrations. Furthermore, this series also introduces AR (Art Rare) cards, SAR (Special Art Rare) cards with connected illustrations, and a special gold-colored MUR (Mega Ultra Rare) card. Two highly anticipated flagship cards are Mega Lucario ex and Mega Gardevoir ex, ready to offer new strategies in Pokémon TCG battles.

To celebrate this release, AKG Entertainment is presenting a giant booster pack installation, "Mega Evolution," at the Dukuh Atas MRT entrance in Central Jakarta. This installation will be available to the public from September 26 to October 6, 2025, providing a unique photo spot while simultaneously bringing the public closer to the world of the Pokémon Collectible Card Game.

The "Mega Evolution" Pokémon Collectible Card Game series comes in three formats: a regular Booster Pack, a 10-Pack PLUS Set containing 10 booster packs, a promo card, and a paper deck case, and a Special Set containing two booster packs and one promo card, exclusively available at Indomaret convenience stores throughout Indonesia.

With various innovations and promotions, the "Mega Evolution" expansion is expected to bring a more exciting gaming experience while expanding the community of Pokémon TCG fans in Indonesia.
