Day 2 of Pokemon GO Fest will take place on July 18 from 10 AM to 6 PM local time. While Day 1 of the event focuses more on hunting and catching the newly-released Shinies, Day 2 will focus on Legendary Pokemon Raids.

You’ll still have higher Pokemon spawns, but the Shiny rates will be smaller than Day 1.

On Day 2, we’ll be seeing a lot of Legendary Pokemon in Raids. All Trainers can participate in the Raid Battles without having to purchase the Pokemon GO Fest ticket.

WIND will be the theme for the first wave, which will start from 10 AM - 11 AM and 2 PM - 3 PM. The Pokemon in these Raids will be Mewtwo, Ho-Oh, Latias, Latios, Regigigas, Altered Form Giratina, Cresselia, Therian Form Tornadus, and Virizion.

LAVA will be the theme for the second wave, from 11 AM - 12 PM and 3 PM - 4 PM featuring Moltres, Entei, Heatran, Reshiram, Groudon, Regirock, Therian Form Landorus, Yveltal, and Terrakion.

The third wave will have a FROST theme, from 12 PM - 1 PM and 4 PM - 5 PM, with Articuno, Lugia, Kyogre, Suicune, Regice, Palkia, Kyurem, Mesprit, Uxie, and Azelf.

Bear in mind that the Lake Trio: Mesprit, Uxie, and Azelf will only appear in their respective regions. Meaning that Trainers in Indonesia will only be seeing Uxie. If you want to take on Mesprit/Azelf Raid, you’ll have to receive a Raid invitation from Trainers from Europe/America regions.

And, the fourth wave will have a THUNDER theme, which will start from 1 PM - 2 PM and 5 PM - 6 PM with Zapdos, Raikou, Registeel Rayquaza, Dialga, Therian Form Thundurus, Zekrom, Xerneas, and Cobalion.

Ticket Holders will also receive various bonuses. First, is an additional 10,000 XP for each Raid win. And, from Research Task, you’ll be rewarded with 8 Remote Raid Passes. You can also get 10 Free Raid Passes from Gym. But, you’ll have to use them before getting more of these passes (non-stackable). Last but not least, you can take the FREE bundle of 3 Remote Raid Passes.

Let’s assume that each Remote Raid Pass costs IDR 5,000, then the total amount of money you’ll be saving is IDR 105,000. On the other hand, the Go Fest ticket is IDR 82,500 (IDR 75,000 + tax).

Not to mention that on Day 1, we’ll be getting Mythical Pokemon, Costumes, Poses, increased chance of getting Shiny forms, American Regional Pokemon (and their Shiny forms), etc.

On Day 2, the bonuses from Day 1 will also be continued, such as 3-hour Lures and 50% less distance for hatching eggs in Incubator. So, no wonder why so many Trainers are so excited about this event.
