Pokemon GO Fest 2022 has ended, and now it’s time for Adventure Week, which runs until 12 June 2022. During this event, we can focus on catching Rock-type or Dinosaur-type Pokemon. And, this event also features 2 new Pokemon: Tyrunt and Amaura.

Both of them are of the Rock-type and bear some resemblances to dinosaurs. Tyrunt is a Rock & Dragon-type, whereas Amaura is a Rock & Ice-type. Tyrunt can be evolved into Tyrantrum with 50 Candy during the day.

Amaura can be evolved into Aurorus during the night with 50 Candy. Tyrunt and Amaura can be obtained from the 7km eggs or the Pokestop Research Task. You can get the 7km eggs by opening Gifts from your friends. So, don’t forget to empty some slots before you open the Gifts.

Aside from the 2 new Pokemon, Pokemon GO is also releasing 2 new Shiny forms during this event: Tirtouga and Archen. Tirtouga and Archen are quite rare to be seen in the wild. During this event, both of them can also be obtained from 7km eggs and the Pokestop Research Task.

Another Shiny is also making an appearance in the Pokemon GO Fest 2022 Ultra Unlock Bonus. The Shiny form of Unown F is now available for Trainers to catch. But unfortunately, this Pokemon can only be caught from Raid Battles.

An important event that you shouldn’t miss is that on Sunday, 12 June, from 11:00-15:00, there will be the Ultra Unlock: Research Day event. There will be special quests at Pokestops that will reward you with Cranidos and Shieldon.

During this event, your chance of catching Shiny Shieldon and Cranidos is increased. So, be sure to take advantage of this event. Tyrunt and Amaura will also spawn in the wild alternately every hour for you to catch! Catch as many as you can as this is the best time for you to get these Pokemon.

The bonuses you’ll get during this event are 2x XP for spinning Pokestops and 5x XP for spinning a Pokestop for the first time. Aside from that, eggs only need ½ of the required distance traveled for them to hatch.

There’s also a Timed Research that rewards you with an Incubator for you to hatch eggs at the same time. This event is designed to encourage Trainers to explore places. So, are you ready for an adventure, Trainers?
