Livy Renata may be a familiar name for most of you esports enthusiasts in Indonesia. Aside from her good looks, her love for games made her get recruited by Alter Ego as the Brand Ambassador. She came to prominence after making her appearances on several podcasts on YouTube. For those of you who want to learn more about Livy Renata, on this occasion, Dunia Games would like to give you a brief profile of the Brand Ambassador. Without further ado, let’s get into it.

Born in 2002

Despite her looks, Livy Renata is still very young. Better known as Livy, she was born on 26 March 2002, which means she’s going to be 20 years old this year. When she was little, Livy studied at an international school. Because of this, Livy has been fluent in English since she was little. As a matter of fact, Livy admits that she often has trouble speaking in Bahasa Indonesia on her YouTube channel.

The thing that surprises most of her fans is the allowance she would get when she was in elementary. On the Tema Indonesia podcast, Livy revealed that she would receive an allowance of IDR 50,000. And sometimes IDR 100,000 if her mother didn’t have IDR 50,000.

Her Favorite Games are AyoDance, ***Dragon Nest, and VALORANT***

Since her childhood, Livy has always been an avid gamer. She was first introduced to Dota 2 by her cousin. However, since Livy wasn’t really into the gameplay, she only played it for two weeks. Looking for a new game to play, Livy fell in love with Audition AyoDance, published by Megaxus. From there, she switched to a Gemscool-published MMORPG, Dragon Nest. After playing Dragon Nest for some time, she got into a tactical shooter from Riot Games, VALORANT.

Used to Work as a Waitress at a Board Game Cafe

Since Livy was told that she was overindulged, she wanted to prove that she could earn her money. After graduating from high school, Livy applied to one of the board game cafes in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), Jakarta. At that cafe, Livy was accepted to work as a waitress. Interestingly, when she was working as a waitress at the board game cafe, Livy would be dropped off and picked up by her chauffeur.

Aside from that, she would often order food at work during breaks -- which made her called “princess” by her colleagues. Livy thought that it was a compliment given by their friends. However, her colleagues were making fun of her for ordering food during breaks.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Livy Renata began to entertain herself by creating content on TikTok. From that, she got recruited by Alter Ego to become the Brand Ambassador. Although she’s not that familiar with the esports scene, Livy accepted the offer and became the Brand Ambassador for Alter Ego.

As the Brand Ambassador, Livy introduced Alter Ego to her fans who are new to the esports scene -- whether it’s through her social media or several platforms like YouTube.

Studies in Australia Since 2021

Pursuing higher education, Livy decided to study in Australia, majoring in Marketing. While studying, Livy continues creating content on her social media accounts. Unfortunately, in Australia, Livy isn’t able to do live streams as she told Rigen and Indra Jegel on the Tema Indonesia podcast.
