Surprisingly, PUBG MOBILE announced a new partnership with football icon Lionel Messi, one of the most legendary figures in the world of sports.

Coming soon as part of the Version 2.3 update in November 2022, PUBG MOBILE will celebrate the sports icon's career track, bring the superstar to devices worldwide, and establish itself as the only mobile battle royale game to officially partner with Messi.

Messi himself admits that games are an important part of his life. “I find video games really helpful for me to relax and enjoy my own moments when I'm not training anymore, and stay connected with my teammates, friends, and family. PUBG MOBILE is a lot of fun, and I personally am among its millions of fans around the world. I am proud of what I do and want to invite players to join me in PUBG MOBILE.”

Messi is one of the greatest players in the world who has won many awards, including a record seven Ballon d'Or awards and a record six European Golden Boots. He is also known for his philanthropic activities toward children around the world through UNICEF.

This collaboration will introduce a collection of unique in-game costumes, and other limited items that will allow players to showcase their sporting prowess on the battlefield. More detailed information regarding the partnership has not been revealed yet, so stay tuned for further announcements.
