Genshin Impact is a game filled with puzzles, secret treasures, areas, missions and characters. There are several secrets in the Genshin Impact game that most players might have missed — some of these secrets also come with big rewards.

1. Celestia

In the Genshin Impact manga, one of the first scenes shown is Vennessa seeing Celestia with her sister. Celestia can be seen in the sky over Teyvat, and even in the game, it's quite a sight to behold.

However, what's interesting is that Celestia's angle changes based on where the player is observing her from. Sometimes, this spot is tilted to one side, while other times, it's perfectly straight. In Version 3.0 for the first time, Celestia's position got updated. This led to people speculating where Celestia's exact location is on the Teyvat map.

2. Anemo

It is common knowledge that Anemo can spread Elements via Swirl reactions when reacting with other Elements. However, what some Travelers may have missed is the fact that Swirl can occur in self-generated Elements, so it can occur in the absence of enemies.

For example, if a player enters the water (and is hit by Hydro) then uses the Anemo MC Skill, the Skill will have Hydro. In addition, if a player uses Venti's Skill then enters a vortex when hit by an aura Element (Pyro/Electro/Hydro/Cryo), then Elemental Absorption will also occur.

3. Mondstadt Waterfall Treasure

Not all players are familiar with the northern part of Mondstadt. After all, outside of the Anemo Hypostasis, there are very few reasons to go to Stormbearer Mountain. Nonetheless, many players miss one secret of Genshin Impact for this very reason.

In the northernmost part of the mountain range, there is a huge waterfall. At the very bottom, players can find a luxury chest. This chest is one of the easiest to obtain.

4. The Fantastic Four Achievement

There is one secret achievement in Genshin Impact that is quite easy to complete. You need to complete any domain with a team of four characters of the same elements. This may sound simple, but it can be difficult if you don't have four characters of the same element.

If you have a lot of characters, there's no harm in completing this achievement to get extra Primogems.

5. Three Moon Sisters

The moon always changes phases. Sometimes full, sometimes half full, and sometimes crescent. This concept doesn't apply in Teyvat, but surprisingly hides a much deeper meaning behind it.

It is said that, once upon a time, there were three moon sisters: Aria, Sonnet, and Canon. They change places in the night sky regularly, that's how the phases of the moon would have changed a long time ago. However, disaster reversed this order and the moon sisters ended up turning on each other, leading to their eventual deaths. It is said that the night sky is now adorned with one of the sister's corpses, never to have different phases again.

6. Audio Achievement Easter Egg

Not all achievements in the game can be found through gameplay. Several Genshin Impact easter eggs should be revealed through out-of-the-box thinking. It is for this reason that many players haven't received the achievement called "...You could hear Paimon all along, right?"

It's very simple to get this  secret audio achievement in Genshin Impact. Travelers only need to access the game's audio settings and toggle dialogue settings between low and high for a certain period of time. Eventually, Paimon will become irritated, and the achievement will automatically be achieved.

7. Treasure in Liyue Bank

In Liyue, there is a bank marked with a diamond icon in the main city area. Players must navigate their way up a spiraling staircase to find the entrance, which is guarded by an NPC named Nadia, who guards the door.

Once inside, climb the ladder to the right of the front desk and follow it up. At the top of the stairs is a secret chest containing 200,000 Mora.

Depending on when the player encounters this, it may seem trivial to get that much Mora as it's of little use at low levels. This secret is great when players need a little extra cash to help them upgrade their characters and weapons as it requires Mora.

8. The Bloodstained Chivalry's Set in the Early Game

There are many ways to get high level items in the early parts of Genshin Impact. One method is to visit the cathedral in Monstadt and talk to a nun named Victoria.

Victoria will talk to the player and as long as they choose the third dialogue option, she will provide them with high level items from the Bloodstained Chivalry set.

Upgrading this item at a low level can make the early game a bit easier depending on the character using it and is free to pick up with no risk or any requirement.

9. Specialty Dishes

Each character in Genshin Impact has a particular dish that they are specialized in. Sometimes they'll make an extra amount of food and other times they'll make a better version of a familiar recipe that provides a better bonus. When cooking, be sure to check which recipe the character specializes in.

A good example is the Chicken and Mushroom Skewer, as the ingredients are easy to collect. So, every player needs to have Kaeya after finishing her story, as she gets a big bonus for this basic recipe.

10. Chloris The Merchant

Finding materials to upgrade characters in Genshin Impact can be difficult, especially at the higher levels of the game. Because many upgrade items have long cooldown times when they spawn, that means players will have to wait longer than usual before being able to harvest them again. Chloris is the solution to this problem.

Players can find Chloris frolicking along the main road above the Windrise travel area, talking to herself and searching for plants. Talk to him and buy stock items if possible, as they will be replenished a few days later if more items are needed.

11. Guyun Stone Forest Chest

There is a secret chest that players can discover in Guyun Stone Forest. There is a small pile of rocks on top of the boat that seemed out of place. If you destroy the rocks, a chest will appear by itself.

12. Nameless Treasures

Along their journey, many players notice that they have special items called Nameless Treasure that they don't know how to use or where to turn them over. Turns out there's a secret quest in Liyue that lets players cash it in for 40 Primogems and Mora.

After collecting the three treasures from puzzles and quests around the Liyue region, head to the shop next to the gift shop in the town and talk to the shopkeeper, Linlang, after 9pm. Talking to her will reveal a special dialogue option that triggers the quest, and ends everything in one.

13. Exquisite Chest at Wangshu Inn

Wangshu Inn is a massive building located in Liyue that rises above the water that surrounds it like an architectural marvel. At the Inn, there are plenty of side quests, shops, and regular chests for players to find, so exploring them is well worth the time. On the outside of the inn is a chest that can be quite difficult to find.

Players must jump from the inn facing the southeast corner. After jumping, slide towards the waterwheel and swim under the building connected to the waterwheel. Activate the cryo monument to open a chest under the inn.

14. Hidden Island

Aside from the many lore regarding the deserted island, this hidden island hides several chests that are not visible from the start.

One of the most renowned treasures is the luxurious chest that sits half submerged against the back wall of the island. However, there are two additional chests on the island: a common chest in the middle of the ruins and a beautiful chest on the beach in the North. Lastly, for players who collect anemoculus, there is one located on the tallest pillar.
