The statement by the captain of the RRQ Hoshi team, Hajirin “Rinz” Arafat regarding fans who doubted the King in the MLBB Mid Season Cup (MSC) 2025 Esports World Cup caused controversy among Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) fans on various social media platforms.

In the event session via the Team RRQ YouTube channel, Rinz stated that RRQ Hoshi lost not because ONIC's abilities were better than theirs, but rather because of various mistakes made by Rinz and his friends. This then caused a commotion.

Rinz was considered to have “disrespected” ONIC as the champion of MPL ID S15 and several other fans also stated that Rinz should not have said that. However, what has been said cannot be taken back. In fact, what Rinz said was heard by ONIC Sanz.

Responding to RRQ Rinz's Opinion, ONIC Sanz: "Many MPL Champion Titles Wasn't Good Enough!"

In a livestream via his YouTube channel, ONIC Sanz received a message regarding what was conveyed by RRQ Rinz. Sanz then chose not to comment much and did not care too much about what Rinz said regarding RRQ Hoshi's defeat.

Sanz stated that maybe Rinz felt better. He chose not to comment much on what was conveyed by the RRQ Midlaner.

"Let it be, let it be, let it be, I'm tired (responding) I'm tired, just let it be. Indeed, he (Rinz) seems to be better. Let it be, let it be, let it be," said Sanz.

Sanz added that he could not understand what Rinz said even though his team had won many times. After his team had won many times, it was still not recognized as superior or great.

“(I’m not good enough?) Well, that’s how it is guys. Even though I have 5 MPL (championship) rings. Already have many (championship titles) MPL but still not (good) how is this, guys? It’s really hard, (to) admit (ONIC is good), huh?” Sanz added.

Finally, Sanz still chose not to comment much on what Rinz said.

“Just leave it guys, I’m tired,” he concluded.
