Ninja animals who usually summoned using Kuchiyose no Jutsu, come in many kinds and sizes, starting from frogs, snakes, eagles, insects, panda, to other weird animals. Even though ninjas can freely creating a blood contract with summoning animals to become their partner, a few animals turn out loyal to some ninja villages in the series!

That thing is seen from the distinct ninja headband that shows where they come from on their body. So, what are ninja animals who wear Konoha headband and have a loyal connection with ninjas in Konohagakure?

1. Ninken

Meaning a pack of ninja dogs owned by Kakashi with a total of 8 dogs. They are Pakkun, Bull, Urushi, Shiba, Bisuke, Akino, The, and Guruko. Some of them wear the ninja headband on their neck, but some wear the headband on their head and some on their shoulder.

Aside from these 8 dogs owned by Kakashi, Konohagakure also has an army of ninja dogs that become a friend and war buddy for the Inuzuka clan.

2. Enma

Hiruzen’s Kuchiyose animal. Enma is said that he’s been with Hiruzen the Third Hokage for a long time. Even though they’re a partner in war, Enma does not always agree with his master’s decision, for example, when the two fightings Orochimaru, Enma chooses to kill his pupil’s life instead of sparing him.

Aside from appearing in his default monkey form, Enma also able to turn into a staff called Kongonyoi (Adamantine Staff) which said harder than any steel in existence, and it’s able to lengthen, shorten, or producing body limbs during battle.

3. Ningame

Might Guy’s friend, but rarely seen because Guy always tries not to use ninjutsu in front of his pupil who can only use taijutsu.

Aside from the ninja turtle (ningame) that has a massive body like the image above, Guy also able to summon other turtles, but this time it’s smaller and can move fast to inform others if he’s in danger.

4. Katsuyu

A giant slug living in the Shikkoku Forest. Even though this Kuchiyose animal doesn’t wear a headband on their body, she becomes Tsunade’s trusted pet, to the point, she called “Konoha’s Slug Princess” Aside from helping Tsunade, Katsuyu also makes a contract with her pupil, Sakura Haruno.

One funny thing about this giant slug is she has a very massive body, but when summoned, usually Tsunade or Sakura will summon a part of Katsuyu’s real form.

5. The Mount Myoboku’s Frog Family

Even though they're not wearing a Konoha headband similar to Katsuyu, these frogs from Mount Myoboku always loyal to Konohagakure ninjas for generations, since the time Jiraiya as a Sannin, Minato as the Fourth Hokage, Naruto when he was a Genin, to Konohamaru as a Jounin.
