A while ago, Genshin Impact has the arrival of another waifu-worthy character named Eula. Eula is a claymore wielder of the Pyro element. Eula is a highly recommended DPS as her Normal Attack: Favonius Bladework - Edel and Glacial Illumination allow her to dish out a massive amount of damage.

Main DPS Eula Build

As mentioned before, Eula is a claymore wielder who works exceptionally well as the main DPS since her Normal Attack has high base damage.

What makes Eula amazing is her Elemental Burst: Glacial Illumination does a ridiculous amount of damage -- 246% + 367.0% at Level 1.

But that’s not all, with her Passive Talent called Roiling Rime, she can amplify the damage she generates with Glacial Illumination by up to 150% at Level 1!

You might want to use weapons that grant you Physical DMG Bonus for Eula as the Lightfall Sword from Glacial Illumination damage she inflicts is Physical DMG, and it will increase her Normal Attack.

Weapon Recommendations

Highly Recommended

Song of Broken Pines (5✰): A part of the "Millennial Movement" that wanders amidst the winds. Increases ATK by 16%, and when Normal or Charged Attacks hit opponents, the character gains a Sigil of Whispers. This effect can be triggered once every 0.3 seconds.

When you possess four Sigils of Whispers, all of them will be consumed and all nearby party members will obtain the "Millennial Movement: Banner-Hymn" effect for 12 seconds. "Millennial Movement: Banner-Hymn" increases Normal ATK SPD by 12% and increases ATK by 20%.

Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Whispers for 20 seconds. Of the many effects of the "Millennial Movement, " buffs of the same type will not stack.

Wolf’s Gravestone (5✰): Increases ATK by 20%. Upon damaging an opponent, attacks against opponents with less than 30% HP increase all party members' ATK by 40% for 12 seconds. Can only occur once every 30 seconds.

Alternatives

Skyward Pride (5✰): Increases all DMG by 8%. After using an Elemental Burst, Normal or Charged Attack, on hit, creates a vacuum blade that does 80% of ATK as DMG to opponents along its path. Lasts for 20 seconds or 8 vacuum blades.

Prototype Archaic (4✰): Upon damaging an opponent, Normal, or Charged Attacks have a 50% chance to inflict an additional 240% ATK DMG to opponents within a small AoE. Can only occur once every 15 seconds.

Snow-Tombed Starsilver (4✰): Hitting an opponent with Normal and Charged Attacks has a 60% chance of forming and dropping an Everfrost Icicle above them, dealing 80% AoE ATK DMG. Opponents affected by Cryo are inflicted by 200% ATK DMG by the icicle instead. Can only occur once every 10 seconds.

Artifact Recommendations

As previously mentioned, the Physical DMG Bonus works wonders for Eula. Therefore, you should pick Artifacts that focus on the Physical DMG Bonus. 

The best set for Eula is:

• Timepiece: ATK%;
• Goblet: Physical DMG Bonus%;
• Crown: Crit Rate% > Crit DMG%.

The best sub-stats for each Artifact are Crit Rate%, Crit DMG%, ATK%, and Energy Recharge.

Pale Flame Set:

• 2-Piece Bonus: Physical DMG +25%;
• 4-Piece Bonus: When an Elemental Skill hits an opponent, ATK is increased by 9% for 7 seconds. This effect stacks up to 2 times and can be triggered once every 0.3 seconds. Once 2 stacks are reached, the 2-set effect is increased by 100%.

Pale Flame + Bloodstained Chivalry:

• 2-Piece Bonus: Physical DMG +25%;
• 2-Piece Bonus: Physical DMG +25%.

Pale Flame/Bloodstained Chivalry + Gladiator’s Finale:

• 2-Piece Bonus: Physical DMG +25%
• 2-Piece Bonus: ATK +18%.

Talent Priorities

It takes lots of resources to level up a Talent, not to mention the time to collect them. Therefore, you’re going to need to prioritize Eula’s Talent:

• Glacial Illumination (Elemental Burst);
• Normal Attack: Favonius Bladework - Edel;
• Icetide Vortex (Elemental Skill).

Recommended Party Members

As a Cryo character with high Physical DMG, it’s highly advised for you to have an Electro character along with Eula to trigger Elemental Reaction Superconduct and reduce the enemy’s Physical Resistance by 40%.

Here are the recommended party members you should bring along with Eula:

1. Fischl;
2. Lisa;
3. Beidou.
